Every single time I call to get it refilled, they are closed. They don't open until 8:30 so I can't run up before work to get the prescription. They are closed from 12-1 so I can't get it on my lunch and they close again at 5:00 so I can't go after work. Even when I try to call their office after 1 they don't turn their phones back on for sometimes almost 10-15 minutes! I keep getting the sorry we are closed message. I've been dealing with it for years now and I am finally saying something. I would think that since it's a high volume doctor's office they would leave for lunch at different times, not all at once. It's very frustrating.
