I was able to book an appointment in advance, and they did not make me wait at all when I arrived. Doctors should learn from them, ha ha. The tech listen to my needs and was willing to ultimately do whatever I wanted him to do in terms of tint percentage, but he gave me a few insightful tips, and I ended up taking his advice. I'm a perfectionist, so I tend to look for small imperfections. I was pleased to learn that there were no flaws at all. Moreover, I didn't even know that, but they provide lifetime warranty across the nation. So, even if I were to move elsewhere, I would still be covered. Can't really ask for more than that!
