Spoke w/ MATTHEW @ TIRES PLUS yesterday & he encouraged me to stop by so they could check my tire. I left to run an errand & returned about an hour later. They did a thorough inspection & discovered the slow leak was caused by a leaky valve stem. They replaced it & also inspected the other tires. Matt assured me my tires were safe & had many more miles left. What I thought was going to be over $1k for new tires ended up being a $20 repair! Geico recommended Gross. Selected the Express Service. Informed the estimator that I had previously worked at a body shop. Very affable and said the damage was so minor he would probably send my BMW to the body shop same day. Fast forward 2 weeks. Why is this taking so long. Answer-you selected the Geico Express Service which takes longer. What?? Another week and asked where is my car? Waiting to go into the paint shop; sitting under a tree in a chain link dirt lot; just where anyone would park a convertible. When will it go into paint? Answer-soon. Started calling daily. Reception is now very unfriendly and snippy. It will get done when it is done. Another week and got the car back. Complained about the poor paint match (probably a too thin pearl color coat) and the misaligned bumper. I was stunned when the fellow says our work is guaranteed so you can bring it back anytime and we will fix it. Oh goody, another month hoping the work is done right the second time. Why Gross could not get the job right the first time is a mystery. Our schedule took us out of the United States for a few months so we paid another body shop to fix Gross's shoddy work when we returned.

They seemed to be more interested in talking about their plans for the night than my car, and they never got to the front, the back, or the tires. Of course, these three areas came through the wash just slightly cleaner than when I went in. Also, and again this may be from just my experience, this car wash does not include an under-body wash/rinse like other car washes, so you will leave with your wheel-wells and suspension just as muddy and coated as when you arrive. So all-in-all, I would recommend you go elsewhere.
