I rarely leave negative reviews, but the complete lack of professional courtesy and follow-through…read morefrom Elite Window Tinting Inc. leaves me no choice. I had my vehicle tinted here several months ago, and the quality of the installation was poor. I began reaching out consistently back in August to give them the opportunity to fix the issue. On multiple occasions, they scheduled appointments to fix the tint and simply never showed up. Each time, I had to call them myself just to figure out why no one came. They never followed through to make it right or complete the job. When it became clear that months had passed with missed appointments and no resolution, I requested a full refund--at which point they completely stopped responding altogether. Getting a company to stand behind their work and respect a customer's time is basic business. Elite Window Tinting Inc. failed on both counts. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
