The barber spend about 25 minutes on my haircut and got it just perfect. The line ups are really good. They use an actual gillette to do the line up. Both of the barbers have their barbers license and the environment is great. One of the barbers is a Marine veteran. They also have a nice tv with sports center on. I was also surprised by the $2 sanitation fee. It's not the amount that bothers me it's the principle. Maintaining clean, sanitized tools and equipment should be a standard part of doing business, not an extra charge passed on to customers. To me, that's simply part of the service I'm already paying for. The quality of the pedicure was great, but the wait and additional fee left me with mixed feelings about the experience. I don't believe I will be back.

Waited 20 minutes to be serviced (while other appointments walked on in.. I wonder why mine wasn't assisted the day before. Okay). * I needed a gel soak off so one tech wrapped my nails in foil. Had to wait another 20 for someone to take me. That's 40 mins of wait time just to start my manicure. * I was recommended builder gel to strengthen my nails. I've never gotten builder gel before and I wish I was better prepared for what all it came with (a longer appointment; more painful experience under the UV lamp). Needless to say, I was extremely uncomfortable throughout the whole appointment and just wanted it to be over. * This set was $95 (that is insane). They quoted me $65 for the builder gel set at the beginning and an extra $5 for the French tip. It was only at checkout did they tell me they also charged extra for the soak off. * Did I mention they did not do any cuticle care? Like, at all? * I needed an acrylic tip applied to a cracked nail. Less than a week after my appointment, it fell off. * I am now just a little more than a week post my manicure and another nail is breaking beneath the builder gel. TLDR: Wait times too long; Appointment priorities inconsistent; OVERPRICED; Poor quality.

I booked with a particular stylist (Amanda) and checked in. The wait time said 0 minutes. I had a toddler with me so I was grateful to have their "please arrive by this time" feature on their app. Next thing I know, my wait jumps to 28 minutes, potentially because she had to take a lunch break? I'm not sure. No one said why I had to wait an additional half hour when the app said to arrive by XX time. I rescheduled for Jaclyn and was told to arrive by 5:30. I got to the store at 5:20, checked in, and my wait time said 10 minutes. She was finishing with a client. Next thing I know, she calls someone else and my wait time went back up to half an hour. There's no point in using the app to check in, let alone picking a stylist you want to get a cut from, for them to only skip over you and increase your wait time. Maybe it's because I had my daughter with me? Sadly, I get my hair cut every two weeks and tip almost 50% on every cut. I guess I'll be finding a new shop. I've been using Sports Clips consistently since 2018, so I'm really bummed. If you have a schedule you need to stick to, I suggest finding a different place to get a cut.
