Within 10 minutes Celeste was ready for me. Celeste asked how I wanted my hair cut. Showed he a picture, discussed for a few minutes then she went right to work. 30 minutes later, I walked out with exactly the cut I requested. Couple of things about Celeste. She is a true professional. She was very easy to talk with during the haircut. She has years of experience and cares about her business. Strongly evident that she supports veterans and her community. When the lady was done I asked "how much do I owe you?" thinking it would be $15 to $18, and I was going to just give her $20 so it would cover the tip. I thought I heard her say "thirty", and I was sure I misheard her, so I asked "How much?" and she said "thirty five" . $35 for a standard barber haircut! I about fell down, but I paid her the $35 without a comment and left. Now I notice one side is quite a bit longer than the other and I'll have to go somewhere to get it evened up.

At one point I had to stop him from making a huge mistake cutting the front of my hair like a bowl cut, and then when I explained then method others used he told me he can't do that with scissors, and would have to use clippers. Again I had to straighten him out and guide him how to get it done. It isn't the worse I ever had, but it also isn't great, and had I not spoken up, it most certainly would have been.
