Today I go to get something and the security guard sees my ESA service animal pee OUTSIDE on the trashcan. This is all taking place while a male in a blue Tesla is threatening me, over parking. (Please watch the video) Immediately the security guard says I am not allowed in the building with my dog, because he just peed outside on the trash can. (This is illegal btw). I offer to show him my MD note about my dog- "immediately leave, immediately leave". I hesitate to leave simply because I have never been asked that by a security guard who cared more about the outdoor trash can than actually securing the parking lot. I informed them of the man child driving who threatened to pop my tires. I'll report this to the all of the veteran organizations that I work with and the ADA as well as multiple other organizations. This company does NOT support military and veterans. They do not offer a discount and they will kick a veteran out (who is being threatened outside) because of dog pee. I was not watching my animal as I was being threatened by a child, trying to remove myself from the situation as a veteran with PTSD. Do the delivery- cheaper and WAY better customer service plus military discounts. 100% honorably discharged war veteran Cat. Operation Iraqi Freedom.

The lady was watching us the whole time and it felt extremely uncomfortable because she thought we were going to steal something. We had bought our thing and left. She did not give us any bags, and we noticed that she gave everyone else a bag for their items and not us. I went back to ask for a bag and she only gave me one knowing we had more items. My younger cousin ended up going back a third time because we had forgotten a soda and the lady working rolled her eyes and walked her out making sure we left to close the door. About an hour later, we went back to get more things and she walked to the other side where we were by the drinks area. we believe she took a picture of us, we are minors and i find it extremely disgusting and inappropriate to get mine and my cousins pictures taken, I did not consent. Again, she was rude ringing us up and did not give us bags I had to ask for one. I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted in her actions because she was the only one who treated us that way. Al the other customers had gotten bags and they were not being watched like we were. Do better.

It's conveniently right off the freeway in the shopping plaza next to Dollar Tree and Rio Rancho market. Plenty of parking and that means so much to me since I'm driving from LA aka the home of no parking. Now about the store inside. At first glance, it's definitely not your traditional head shop. No black lights or creepy stoner dude sitting in the back of the counter on his phone. The store is well-lit and all the glassware is in a second room in the back. It's really nice to see a familiar face greet me every time I walk in. The owner is always around to give me the best deals on glassware and pipes. He even lets me barter my own prices when I'm coming up short on the cash lol. The store has all your typical cigarette and tobacco brands. It also has nudie mags and dvds if you're into that as well. I love going through all the random things with my husband. He gets his Shaka shirts and NFL products (GO RAIDERS!) from here. I enjoy going to Mom and Pop stores because you'll receive the best service from these types of stores. Yeah yeah it's not the best area but what'd you guys  expect! It's Banning! A few times I got there 5 mins before closing they wouldn't let me in.. thats when the trouble started... Service has just gone down the drain about a year ago and I am just Done... It was strange how I could never get through on the phone for no reason so when I asked about it the girl gave me a really ugly attitude that was really rude and mean.. I cant tell you how many times they keep doing this.. they do not update the website.. Thats a lie!! Now they woulnt even answer on facebook.. They treat me like I am wrong for being upset that I am not treated with a tiny bit of appreciation or as a human being.... THIS SUX!! It really hurts my feelings!! : .....( I tried talking to them about it really nicely, I tried to make it work.... it was all of a sudden they became other people and stopped being courteous or appreciating the customers...
