One of their associates set me up in a SEP which I did not qualify for. Shortly after, my husband realized this error and called it to their attention - and this was in 2015. They STILL have not fixed the situation after phone calls and emails. It's complicated. They don't have a clue what they are doing, and their fees are outrageous. They prey on teachers (like I was) who may not be aware of what they are getting into. Fees were never disclosed verbally, and you need to read the very fine print. They invest your money in their own funds insured by their own company. We pulled out everything else we had invested with them and switched to Schwab - significantly lower fees and they actually know what they are doing. read more
