I called, got a live and courteous female on the phone and I received a call back the same day to schedule an appointment for an estimate for my immediate need. I will update this review later this week. So far, so good. 7/23/15 The sales rep came and measured the area we were looking to have done. We were promised the quotation the following Monday and received it at the end of the day. We got the job quoted out in three segments and at this time we are only going to do the largest and most necessary portion. A deposit has been given for the work and it about six weeks, we will have the fence installed. I inquired as to the status of the employees that do the installation and they are long time employees who are given yearly background checks to make sure they are safe and qualified to operate company vehicles and represent the company. This is very important to me.

After the initial estimate Manny volunteered to come by for a second time to show us the different options for post caps and hardware. He also promised to honor the quote he gave when we were ready to move forward, and he did. Additionally, when the fence manufacturer forgot to deliver 4 heavier gauge fence posts Manny went to the distributor to pick them up without prompting. The crew working on our job did an outstanding job! If you are looking for a true professional, someone who you don't have to chase down and does what they say they are going to do, I highly recommend F & I Fence for any fence job you may need!
