I definitely received my $7 worth of pork, along with the other toppings. The bun is also lightly toasted and I appreciate those little things. I would definitely get this again. The macaroni and cheese is soft and is flavored with black pepper and herbs. It's actually much better than most macaroni and cheese I've had in restaurants around here. The real winner here is that it pairs excellently with the burger toppings. I have extra bits of pork and slaw that I'm eating with the Mac and cheese, and it's awesome. I would order a bowl of this with pork and slaw toppings, seriously. The side portion was $3. I was shocked at how fast they were able to get the food out to everyone. I waited...maybe 5 minutes, if that? Normally I expect to wait at least 10-15 minutes without getting grumpy or watching the clock for lunch. There was a medium size crowd today (about 25-30 people either in line to order or standing around waiting for food). I'm definitely coming back. This is a great food truck!

After they swipe my card they let me know it'll be about a 20 minute wait. I would have left had they not already taken my money. It wasn't twenty minutes. They lost my ticket, along with the one for the couple in front of me. As I said, I got my food about 35 minutes after I placed my order, after the initial wait. I get it that mistakes happen, but had the couple in front of me not said anything they never would have even noticed, and they offered absolutely nothing to make up for it. A brief "sorry" was all they managed. And I get it, like you'reworking a rally and you're standing in this metal box over a hot stove and it SUCKS. But so does waiting outside that box while you pump out delicious meals and none of it makes it my way because of a mistake. It was a good BLT though.... Small, like very small. Flavorful, rich, and very high quality. I'd order it again, but only while eating something else, or a few days in advance.

Reasonably priced in my opinion, I paid $16 for four tacos and a large horchata. The food was really well wrapped in heavy duty tin foil and placed in a plastic grocery bag. On my way home my food slid off the seat and crashed onto the floor, but everything stayed intact! This wasn't a problem for me, but just know it is cash only and there's no seating while you're waiting. I sat and waited on a concrete parking block since I didn't park close enough to see the window.

The pierogi themselves here are not quite as good as the best in town, but they're pretty good, and the toppings are great. There's only one kind of filling, the standard potato and cheese, but that classic combo is always good. I got the BAMF- bacon, asiago, truffle mayo, and green onions (forking onions?,) sided with a long skinny kielbasa. Mmm. Perfectly sauteed and the toppings are great. The other topping options range from standard sauteed onions and sour cream, to General Tso's I think, to corned beef and sauerkraut, Brussels sprouts, and more. I will keep an eye out for these folks and try the other varieties.
