First time visiting Bambu here in Philly! I've been to a few locations in the SF Bay area already,…read moreso I am already well familiar with the franchise generally. Shop is on the smaller side, but definitely clean and appealing. Love having Vietnamese music videos on the screen that are chiller and a nice change of pace from other places that are showing sensory overloading K-Pop or anime. Definitely less distracting when eating in. Our group ordered a ton of different things, but I got the #13 Ube Halo Halo. I've had the real stuff in the Philippines, and this was pretty good! We asked for an extra cup to share too, and were able to get that, along with our desserts within minutes of ordering. Not too busy on a Sunday evening, so this place was also a great place to chat. Only 3-4 tables here, so seating can only accommodate smaller groups, especially if there are other groups already.

It felt like a reliable, consistent, and delicious reminder of home. I ordered the #4 Chè Sương Sa Hạt Lựu, which comes with red tapioca (my favorite!), mung bean, jello, grass jelly, pandan jelly, and coconut milk. The mix of flavors and textures was spot on with chewy, crunchy, smooth, and refreshing elements all in one cup. At first I thought there was a lot of ice but once everything was stirred in, the balance was just right and it kept the dessert cool without diluting the taste. Service was quick and efficient. My order was ready in no time and the staff handled a steady stream of customers with ease. The space itself is small with a few tables and chairs, and it definitely filled up over the hour I was there on a random Monday afternoon. The atmosphere had a casual vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy my chè without feeling rushed. Overall this was a wonderful first stop to review in my new home and I am already looking forward to coming back!

I felt like I've seen other locations prior so they were able to give me a brief description of the the franchise history. I decided to order their most popular slush which was the mango with boba. I waiting about 3 min and walked out with one of the most memorable bobas ever! The slush has mango chunks and the boba was warm/hot with a sweet honey taste. A refreshing drink with hot and cold at the same time. I can't wait to go back for another drink!

Our go-to is the jasmine green tea with pearls (less sugar), which is always good, and service is usually fast. Just a heads up--the claw machine feels totally rigged. We end up spending $5+ every time and have won 1 plush and I'd consider myself a decent claw machine player

I discovered this location after searching the yelp mobile application for the nearest one within a radius of my hotel while visiting the city of Philadelphia. I took my time looking at the menu because I had not ever visited a Kung Fu Tea location, let alone researched the menu beforehand, tehehe, but I did know that I would like whatever is featured on their menu. The employee was patient with me and when I was ready, he took my order once I mentioned the item of my interest which was the Honey Guava Slush. Prior to ordering it, I just could not take my eyes off both the classic, and punch selections of drinks on the menu but after seeing the Honey Guava Slush pictured it had my interest. My initial response after taking my first sip of the Honey Guava Slush was "Oh wow!" because it was good! And it looked wonderful! My taste buds were surged with a cold, flavorful taste of Guava! Yum! I have never had a Guava drink in the slush form, but after that taste, it just made me open towards ordering it again in the future. Being that I had a great experience, I am very open to visiting and ordering from Kung Fu Tea again which would likely be the location in Chicago. However, if I discover a location while traveling it would surely be an option as this one in Philadelphia was for me. ~ Yabba dabba doo! ~ Thomas G

I tasted both the brown sugar and milk tea, which blend well together. Like most boba places, their prices are more than I would like at $6 for a medium. Overall would give a 7/10 for the drink 6.5 for the boba and cost

I got half sugar and regular ice for both the tea and milk tea. The roasted oolong tea was quite noticeable right from the first sip. The oolong soft serve had a nice tea flavor, with a good balance between the creamy milkiness and the roasted tea. You can really taste the oolong throughout, so it's a nice choice if you enjoy tea-flavored ice cream. Between the two milk teas, I personally preferred the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea--the tea flavor came through nicely without being overpowered by the milk, and the roasted aroma paired really well with the creaminess. The Four Seasons Spring Milk Tea was lighter and more refreshing in comparison. Overall, I really enjoyed trying the oolong series at Teazzi!

This place has some similarities to others I've been but also has some new concept ones as well. Came here one day with my kids and wife. She had her favorite of milk tea with Oreo foam. The grapefruit was delicious. It came with a slice of grapefruit inside to make it look nice. This is something I haven't really seen at many other places before. Location is nice for people that live or work in center city, but the traffic around here is horrendous.
