First time coming here. You immediately smell the sweet treats and drinks awaiting as you walk in the door. Inside is lofty, clean, and modern. The menu is big and they've got a drink option for everyone. Kieran helped us out and was very nice. I went for the Pearl Matcha Latte and my mom got her favorite: the 38 Milk King. Both were delicious and they looked aesthetically pleasing. Drinks came out quick. There are cute Kawaii trinkets and stuffies for sale, as well as knitted goods. Grab a photo in front of their neon sign at the back of the room before you leave!

Kung Fu Tea is a new bubble tea shop franchise that opened on the south side! They are currently in their soft opening phase and offering 10% off on drinks. What sets them apart from other bubble tea shops is that they use honey for their sweetener and use dairy free milk powers for their milk teas. Oreo Black Warrior $6.79- This was like an icecream float bubble tea. Sugar and ice level is set. Pretty good to enjoy it as a dessert. Coffee Milk Tea $5.99- This tastes like what you expect coffee and milk tea mixed together will taste like. They said it will taste great paired with coffee jelly which they don't have yet. 38 Milk King $6.99-I have found my new fave drink here. Probably the best milk tea with toppings I've had in yeg. The toppings in here are amazing and flavoured perfectly. Wintermelon Drink $4.99- Decent wintermelon drink and was enjoyable! I definitely want to try more drinks from their menu. You can also sign up for their reward system to collect points to gain free items in the future.

-Excellent tea- A simple one page menu but with much to offer. Different types of teas and juices with multiple options. A clean and inviting space for hanging out and even just to study. Bonus...game store right next door. so you can make quite a day from just this location.

The inside has a cute and modern cafe atmosphere. First Visit -I was honestly very disappointed. I asked for two drinks but they said they were out of both and I didn't want to wait for them to restock because the line was long. Finally I settled for the size small Royal No. 9 Milk Tea which had blueberry infused tea. I asked for less ice. The drink I received was like 75% ice!! I felt ripped off. My boyfriend ordered the Alley Trio Milk Tea with less ice in size large. His drink looked like it had less ice than mines. I don't think they change the ice ratio in accordance to the cup size which is disappointing. We both agreed that the milk tea here lacks in flavor. It you want good milk tea, go to Coco Fresh Tea and Juice instead! Second Visit -I finally was able to get the drink I originally wanted. I got the Strawberry Lulu drink which was a type of strawberry slush with fresh strawberries. It was really good! My friend ordered the Penguin on Ice drink and it was really good as well. This drink looks like a penguin and they used grass jelly for the black part. This second vist redeemed my first visit. Overall, it's a decent bubble tea place. It can be a hit or miss depending on what drink you order.

Great little bubble tea place located in a strip mall. I've been coming here for a few years now…read moreand overall am usually happy with my drink. They have a pretty extensive bubble tea and drink menu. My go to is the pineapple bubble tea with mango jelly. I've tried other flavours but they just did not do it for me. Depending on what you order prices can be either reasonable or expensive especially if you go for the speciality drinks. The staff is always very kind and friendly. This place can get quite busy at times and you may sometimes need to wait in line for a bit before placing your order. There are a few tables however, most people tend to just grab and go. They also have board games available if you wish to stick around with some friends and play some games. When it comes to food, they have a small menu of items however, they are all deep fried type snacks like calamari, wings, fries, tempura etc. After years of only getting drinks I decided to try the calamari ($7.50). It was alright, 7/10. It comes with a garlic aioli dip which I did enjoy. The calamari is not very big (comes in a 4 inch take out container) therefore, just enough if you're looking for a little snack. Parking can be a bit of a challenge on a busy day as there are only a few stalls in front of the place, that saying, you can park in the strip mall lot and walk over.
