Either way, it was delicious, with just the right amount of sweet barbecue sauce. I'm not sure where they source the chopped brisket, but it was really good with nary a hunk of fat. Arriving around lunchtime on a weekday, I had the place to myself which allowed me a unique opportunity to take the place in.
