The rice was my favorite part- nice and sticky without being mushy. The sauce on the California roll was unexpected as it's not listed on the menu, I was not a fan of the sauce. Even when dining in the food is served in takeout containers. The young lady working the counter was nice enough, customer service was nothing to write home about. The ginger and wasabi were dry and lacked flavor. The tempura on the fried roll was an odd texture (panko versus tempura batter) this roll was also topped with a couple of unexpected sauces- I enjoyed the flavors paired with the cream cheese inside this roll. The menu has a wide variety, the use of pictures to indicate what's in each roll was a bit confusing and I would recommend adding which rolls are paired with a sauce in the event of allergy.

Unfortunately, the hours are wonky. And half of the time the order spiciness level does not come out as requested. Specifically, asking for something 'spicy level 4' and it comes '3' or vice/versa asking for 'spicy level 2' and it comes out of '4'. As this is a food truck, we don't know about it until we get all the way home; And we don't really feel like driving another 10 minutes to go back and have them correct it. Wouldn't normally be a deal breaker but for a family of 7, it tends to be a problem when half of our dinner is an edible for the kids.
