We had a large family and friends dinner her last night and I couldn't be more impressed with the food, the service or the staff and proprietors.
The menu here is extensive. In my experience this often doesn't bode well, as it seems it's easier for an establishment to do a few things very well, and that too many options can lead to a vast array of mediocrity. Fortunately in this case the only challenge presented by the overwhelming number of options is how to choose just a few. Nevertheless, we managed (first world problems!). For entrees we chose the prawn spring rolls, and for mains we had Pad Thai (always a great dish to establish a baseline measurement for a Thai restaurant) and Gaeng Masaman. All three were excellent, and therefore will make choosing next time even more difficult. I also sampled the Larb Gai and the Goong Pad Pong Kari, which were also phenomenal.
In addition to the great food, the service was spot on. We never had to wait, but they were never too intrusive, and at the end of the meal the owners were happy to chat with us a bit, as well as spoil all the kiddos with some special attention. This is the kind of place that's too easy to review, because they are doing everything so well. read more
