Bella is a very popular restaurant, and if you want the full hibachi experience at one of the grills, I would recommend getting there early or being prepared for a long wait. One advantage we discovered on this visit is that the wait can be substantially shorter if you choose to eat in the regular dining area instead. The meal was good, although the filet did not seem like the same quality of filet I have had there on previous visits. It honestly tasted more like regular steak to me.
