I was on hold for 25 minutes,decided I would call on my way there....then was on hold 20 minutes. Never once did I speak to a live person!! I stopped by there anyways just to see what was up? I was told by the employees that their phone doesn't work ??? What business doesn't have a working phone?? No I don't want to download ONE MORE app that I might use 2 or 3 times a year ?? I couldn't place my order on line because it didn't give me the options I needed! If you don't have the money to fix your phone issues obviously your business isn't that profitable, therefore why would ANYONE want to purchase a pizza from you ??
