He once told me to my face I kid you not, that he dropped the "Heckin" Mustard like it was a joke! Back when I was a girl, if I said that, they would spank me! And you will never guess what he did when I told him that. He laughed like it was some sort of joke! Spanking is a serious matter. However all of the teachers are quite kind, and apparently call me a "Foxy old bird" ,so I gave it a few extra stars.

Because of the delayed response I didn't get in to the program I wanted and have to wait an entire year if I want to do this program. Then they told me they had a spot for me and then that spot vanished. Additionally it also delayed me from trying to get enrolled elsewhere and i ended up being waitlisted at a different institution. I'm not sure if I trust them with my education in the future, they don't seem to pay very close attention to thier email and I'm not sure if they'd even know I'm interested in going to thier school. Good luck getting in here they seem disorganized and I imagine that is reflected in the education they provide.

This international buffet is operated by BTC's Culinary Arts Program, and its limited hours and small size make it almost impossible to actually experience. In fact, I've only done so twice myself (and I've lived here for almost 20 years). Each week, the Culinary Arts team creates a new menu and runs Cafe Culinaire like a fine dining establishment for prices that your grandparents probably paid for a 5-star meal back when they were in their dating years. In other words, not only is the food good here, it's amazingly affordable. They aren't open during the summer, by the way, so keep your eye on their website for their next opening date and clear your schedule - 'cuz Cafe Culinaire waits for no one!
