This is my second time using Justin's remote repair services and it was quick, easy and convenient. Computer repairs are like auto repairs, there is no convenient time for either. As a freelance writer with looming deadlines--I need my computer! I set up an appointment through the website in the morning for that same afternoon. Then, I was sent an email with instructions to allow access to remotely repair my computer. Justin called me before and after my session to explain everything. It was nice not having to pack up my laptop and have it sit in a shop for several days. I don't know if any computer repair places are open right now and for $39 (he even went over the 1/2 hour repair time and didn't charge extra) and his expertise, it's a great deal!

He even cleaned my laptop, which is awesome because it was pretty disgusting. No complaints at all come to mind. It's also really awesome that he does diagnostics for free. Furthermore, when he ordered the higher-end drive for me, he got it for a deal which then saved me money. Pretty cool guy.

He insisted he couldn't do anything and was totally uneducated about the issue. TMobile in general has terrible customer experience but this was exceptionally unacceptable. He also told us there was no manager and wouldn't give us the manager's name or number. We later went to a different TMobile store and an employee the helped us politely and easily understood what the problem was with my account.
