Leslie from Roofing Logic was the best prepared when he gave us his quote, explained everything in detail and provided it in writing. Not only had we read great reviews about Roofing Logic but we knew of two other families who used them and were very happy with them. On the day of installation, his crew arrived early - before 7:00 a.m. and started work right away and these guys worked fast and efficiently. They removed our roof and skylights and replaced the skylights neatly and quickly. It was a cold day but they were so quick we never felt any cold air when the skylights were replaced. Mike the foreman was there to answer any questions and address any concerns while completing the finish work on our skylights. The whole crew seemed like a great bunch of guys who really showed pride in what they were doing. The roof looks great and their clean up was superb. At one point we wondered how they would ever get all of the old roofing cleaned up but at the end of the day you couldn't tell they had been here. They protected our deck and our shrubs during the process and even removed and replaced any solar lights that were in harms way. I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough.
