I called their office and spoke to Stephanie Rodriguez with an urgent request of producing two banners "over night" in less than 24 hours. I sent her the rough images of what I needed, and she (and her staff) created two masterpiece banners that were not only AMAZING, but EXTRAORDINARY. The banners they produced FAR EXCEEDED my wildest expectations. They were very friendly and overly accommodating and unbeleivably affordable. Please take my word for it and TRY THEM FIRST! And make sure you ask for Stephanie - she is the one who made it happen. Definitely 5 star service, and I will use them for all of my graphic needs moving forward. Thank you Stephanie and SpeedPro for saving the day!

You can't go wrong here, they really do practice "attention to detail" which is commonly missed these days. **UPDATE (3/5 stars), I would like to say that while I love the product, I am not a fan of the poor customer service my wife got. After several emails and lots of frustration we received a new product that was amazing but the headaches of dealing with a almost to the point of being rude administrator. (The customer is not always right but should never be addressed in such a manner). This will probably be my last time using Dprint, I just don't feel as though it's appropriate to tell me what you lost and what something is now costing you to fix an issue that could have been avoided with better communication. Since I can not respond to Dprints answer, all I can state is communication is key, there was written approvals after the error but no approvals (signed contracts, prior).

After sending in my order it was less than a week until I picked up my stamps. They look perfect!
