However, when I made the phone call I accidentally made the mistake of calling and asking for the manager so I could get direct information. I have more confidence speaking with a manager regarding brand new memberships over other employees, just my preference. I ended up being denied to speak to a manager since they stated that they had no clue what the manager's schedule was and that the manager didn't want to speak to anybody unless they were important or expected. As a prospective customer I have every right to speak to a manager if I request to speak with one. This is default by any current or not current customer to be able to rightfully speak with a manager on duty. To be told that I wasn't able to, was denying my right. I used to think highly of this company since I had heard good things about them, but have definitely changed my mind, no questions asked, about how I feel about this company. If I could give -0- or negative stars I would do that in a heart beat.
