History
Established in 1996.
Kuk Sool Won™ of Richmond, Indiana has been an accredited WKSA® member school since 1996, shortly after Gary Phillips earned his first degree black belt in Kuk Sool. One of very few who were authorized by WKSA® to open a school at less than 2nd degree. Since then, the Dojang has moved several times as more suitable commercial spaces became available. Now 5th degree, Master Phillips is the regional overseer of several other Kuk Sool Won™ schools (who's owners were taught by Master Phillips). He surely has the heart of a teacher and still teaches those eager to learn the ancient arts.
