Do not waste your time with this business. They are awful. Horrific customer service with terrible…read moremanagement and communication overall. I spent $900 on custom foot levelers inserts and they said 7-10 days. I was moving so time was important. At day 30 I was packed up to leave and still did not have my custom insert. They took my payment in full therefore I was stuck with no resolution. For weeks I called and talked to every member of the team from the office receptionists to the chiropractor to the office manager Michelle. None of them could come up with an answer except they were delayed and would be mailed in time before I left. Three trips into the office and about ten calls over a 30 day period and still no inserts. I finally asked them to call the company and have them change the shipping address and drop ship them to my new house out of state. They would not. They assured me they would correct the issue and ship them to me. Once I left. I called. 34 days after they should have been delivered. They weren't calling me or reaching out. I had to stay on top of them. Then Michelle the worst office manager in existence who should find another job as she does not consider customer service or communication of any importance at all. Told me this issue didn't fall on them and if I wanted my $900 custom inserts I would also have to cover shipping. So another $47 for their error or they were holding my inserts at the office and unwilling to find any solutions at all. Not even split the cost of shipping for their error. There are plenty of amazing chiropractors in the St. Louis area. So many good ones. Don't waste your time and money at this office. Unless you want to be treated poorly and unfairly. Do yourself a favor and find an office who cares about their customers. This one failed completely

I called and scheduled the appointment. The day before, they canceled and had me reschedule. Keep in mind I had to book it about 6 weeks out. They rescheduled me again for a week later. Then same situation happened, canceled and rescheduled again. By this point, I'm completely frustrated and didn't even want to go to the 3rd scheduled appointment. I realized that they were putting in new scheduling software and were running a daily deal, but not off the best customer experience. We arrive to the location to in a office park. I walk in into a large office space and there are some partitions lined up. I almost considered walking out at that point. We go and get ready for the massage. My massage was not the best. About half of the time they used some plastic tool on my back. I could have done that at home! Because of all the of the issues with scheduling they originally offered another couples massage no charge. Then when after our session, they changed the offer to just 1 person paying for the massage, but getting 2. We never called back to rebook the session. It looks like they have changed locations since our appointment, but overall not the best customer experience. Rescheduling 2 times and then changing the deal on the back end is not good business in my book.
