I spent $900 on custom foot levelers inserts and they said 7-10 days. I was moving so time was important. At day 30 I was packed up to leave and still did not have my custom insert. They took my payment in full therefore I was stuck with no resolution. For weeks I called and talked to every member of the team from the office receptionists to the chiropractor to the office manager Michelle. None of them could come up with an answer except they were delayed and would be mailed in time before I left. Three trips into the office and about ten calls over a 30 day period and still no inserts. I finally asked them to call the company and have them change the shipping address and drop ship them to my new house out of state. They would not. They assured me they would correct the issue and ship them to me. Once I left. I called. 34 days after they should have been delivered. They weren't calling me or reaching out. I had to stay on top of them. Then Michelle the worst office manager in existence who should find another job as she does not consider customer service or communication of any importance at all. Told me this issue didn't fall on them and if I wanted my $900 custom inserts I would also have to cover shipping. So another $47 for their error or they were holding my inserts at the office and unwilling to find any solutions at all. Not even split the cost of shipping for their error. There are plenty of amazing chiropractors in the St. Louis area. So many good ones. Don't waste your time and money at this office. Unless you want to be treated poorly and unfairly. Do yourself a favor and find an office who cares about their customers. This one failed completely

I recently had an appointment here and was treated unfairly simply for advocating for myself regarding my insurance and payments. I contacted the office to clarify a billing issue, and after reviewing the matter with my insurance, I was proven to be correct--the office had mishandled the information, and I will be due a refund. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the owner, Joan Brower, abruptly ended my session after I pointed out the mistake. I was accused of "bullying" simply for standing up for myself, despite never being rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate in any way. A business in the healthcare field should be willing to work with patients, especially when it comes to financial transparency. If you expect honesty, professionalism, and respect, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I called and made an appointment for the next morning and was glad to be able to be seen so soon. My appointment with Dr. Owens was absolutely amazing! Everything that hurt she checked out and put things back where they should be! My ribs and hip was out and pelvis too. After being adjusted I had instant relief and was able to come home and walk up my stairs with no pain and do laundry and dishes without having to set down and rest.
