I first posted my review on Facebook and that was deleted. I also posted to google. We are a local business that used the "NEW" Ktaadn for a VERY SHORT time. The old owner, when the business was located on Broad Ave was great! The reason being is we were having issues everyday, from our network dropping, endpoints losing connection with the server, you name it. We contacted the office each time we had an issue. A younger man would come out and tinker around and tell us everything was fixed. Everything was STILL dropping connection, NOTHING was fixed. We would then receive a bill for the services rendered even after we called and said nothing was resolved. After parting ways since they could never actually fix anything, we received a letter from Ktaadn. Their letter stated that they could no longer serve us, basically passing the blame to our staff and that we are in so many words, "too needy". After contacting another IT Company...who we use on a regular basis now and absolutely LOVE! What they found was our Router was a Belkin 150 Router attached to a switch that didn't have the speed or security a business should have. The new Technicians we hired said "Not only is this router for home use, the most concerning issue is that the wifi was not even secured". The tech also said that he wouldn't even use this router in a 1 room flat, let alone a large medical practice. This alone put our office at risk for a HUGE HIPAA violation. There were also a multitude of other issues that needed repaired that were never fixed by Ktaadn or just plain overlooked due to the young mans lack of experience. After hiring the new IT Firm, we are now operating faster than ever before with the new Sonic Wall Routers they installed, our computers and networks are fully secured and we are now safe from any HIPAA violations since finding a new IT. The previous owner of Ktaadn would have never done business like this. It seems these guys are only good for minor residential tasks such as Viruses and setting up a PC. I would never trust my business operations to them or even my personal laptop for that matter. I'm sorry, for such a long review, I usually don't write these unless it is a major deal! But I felt the need to express my experience since fellow Business acquaintances have also experienced the same level of knowledge and service from the new owners and staff of Ktaadn. I really can't express how serious of an issue this was. Our entire Practice and Patient data (Social Security numbers, addresses, medical history, etc) was out there for anyone to steal since the wifi did not even have a password! read more
