We were met by a very pleasant sales person offering her assistance and drinks including alcohol. We spent at least 2 hours and with the assistant managers help (our sales person was new to the job) we purchased over $14,000.00 in Furniture with the understanding it will take 10 weeks to get the bedroom furniture. All had to be paid upfront including delivery fee. After the 10 week period was up I attempted to call on several occasions, at this point I lost count, 2 of which from Joe and Scott who thought my experience was funny and Joe's tone was harassing, attempting to escalate a tense situation. 17 weeks later and plenty of excuses still no furniture.

The technician called that first day while I was at work and left a message he was coming, but I didn't get it. Then I had to reschedule again for the second day. When he got there, he just started working on my fridge. I thought it was going to the advertised $99 diagnostic fee and then an hourly rate- like everyone else.
