Outstanding Service
My husband, John and I have been using KMS to do our taxes for the past 20yrs. Rich Strauss, our tax accountant, is a highly trustworthy and ethical business man. He is a savvy accountant and he stays abreast of all of the tax changes happening each year. The office sends out notifications throughout the year reminding you of the more significant changes that will impact you favorably or negatively so you are not surprised come tax time. But if you happened to miss an update there is no doubt Rich will be reminding you when you meet. At our annual appointments Rich is patient, and answers all of our questions thoroughly or commits to finding out the answers he may not know. We leave at ease knowing that Rich and his team are doing our taxes and that his first concern is to make sure they are done right, and that he is minimizing our payout.
