Great and fast service. Immediate response and quick solutions. My computer crashed and was picked up at my place the same afternoon. It got a diagnosis the same evening and all my lost data was recovered in a couple of days. Professional and with a touch of concern in solving the problem as quick as possible. Very communicative. Fan connector damaged on a PS5 and it needed micro soldering on a Sunday. The job was well done but twice as expensive as elsewhere if I had more time (200$). By the way, be ready to pay in cash and have no invoice for the work. read more

Bye-bye Apple Care!! This is prompt, contactless, 24 hour service with pickup and delivery, worth every penny! I needed help recovering data on my 2019 Mac mini in a pinch and Konesh was my man. It was still under Apple care but that would have taken weeks and put me at risk, this being the day before Christmas. This is the second time that I'm blown away by the ease and rapidity of this personalized Apple care. In a pandemic world, we are lucky to have his service. Konesh knows his stuff! I thought my laptop was toast after I had used third-party charger. Konesh was very thorough in his troubleshooting.
