We had our cracked and mis-aligned 2 car driveway torn out and replaced. He used an extremely clever way to remove the old driveway by cutting it into skid steer sized rectangles. He took care of buying a new toilet and found the exact same model we had in our other bathrooms, even ten years later. He came when he said he would, took care to not to damage our floors, and took pictures/videos to document everything he did. Because he is knowledgeable about all facets of home building and remodeling, he showed me where the floor under the base of the toilet was not prepared properly, and how he screwed down a metal plate that was never bolted during the building process. When he finished he cleaned everything thoroughly and took the old toilet away. His pricing was fair and his work par excellence. What a whirlwind of a case we had. After hail damage and home builder issues, we had water leaking…read morein to my attic causing the drywall to mold and put my family at risk of sickness. Insurance originally inspected the damage and determined it was a builder oversight and nothing they can do. Brandon and Amity took over this project with haste. We had public adjusters, private contractors, and designated teams to fight the insurance company. After a couple of inspections we only got them to cover only 10% of the project. That wasn't good enough for Amity (and us). They fought tooth and nail for over 10 months until we finally got the approval and payment we needed to get this project going and to make sure my family was taken care of. They replaced the entire roof, all the gutters, and renovated the whole garage interior and exterior. It was truly a crazy experience. The roof itself only took a day. The gutters and garage a day as well. Very efficient team from start to finish. We ended up selling the house and moving a few months after the project was finished, but this roof and reno definitely improved the market value of my home.
