The adults-only swim area and bar, which extends outside. Even in the colder weather, it was incredible; the water was perfectly hot/warm and made for such a relaxing experience. Overall, we had a super fun time here and definitely recommend checking it out if you're staying in Frankenmuth! For more travel and food reviews, check out our YouTube channel -- A&M Roam!

Theres a toboggan one that you lay flat down and you can race the person next to you as its timed and you can see your time when your finished! My husband and i did it several times trying to beat our previous scores. The tube slides are great, I absolutely loved the big 6 person raft, that one definitely takes some quick turns making it very thrilling. Make sure you keep your back against the raft and hold on tight though! When we got off the first time i thought we were done moving and i started to move and i conked my head on the side as we were getting out so make sure your getting out after theyve pulled the raft into their special area and then it gets carried back up for the next riders. The swim up bar was fun, water was warmer and you can even swim outside which was very neat as its a little chilly today we got to see the steam coming off the water. The drinks were a little pricey at 16$ each but they were good. But two drinks at 33$ is a bit much after we already paid 40$ each to get in. So can i at least get a few dollars off or something? Like do the people get a discount who stay here? Im not sure. But its a great place to wear out your kids while you chill in the bar or lazy river. The wave pool wasnt open so we didnt get to use that at all my husband was bummed about that he really wanted to see the dragon squirt water out of his "tuba" instrument.

It is like a small Greenfield Village, but smaller and way less expensive, except for the train, which is a bit pricey, but they ride is quite long. Not too many places for kids to eat during the field trip, so that was a downfall. I would have liked to have looked around the ice cream and treat area, sounded yummy. Most of the kids liked the train ride, but it was a bit long for the littles, they got bored. I enjoyed going around the area, it was fun for me. The kids then got to see a comedy magic show. They absolutely loved it, I have never heard small children laugh out loud so much, so please let the gentleman in the picture who performed know he now has many new fans. We were able to walk around about two small buildings before we had to leave, so I did not get to see much more. My child enjoyed our time there and would like to visit again. For me, it was fun, but I don't know if I need to come back except if my other child wants to check it out.

When we arrived, the woman selling the tickets was genuinely friendly and interested in our dog. I love that this is a dog-friendly activity and that always gets extra bonus points with me. She asked our dog's name and answered all our questions and when we saw her hours later walking around the town she called out to our dog by name and said hello. It was very sweet and just one example of the warm welcoming spirit of this city. The cruise itself was very calm and slow. Just a smooth ride down the Cass River and back. There's lots of time to take in the scenery and you learn a lot. The gentleman narrating our tour was knowledgeable and had a great voice on the microphone. I actually thought it was a recording for the first few minutes, but he introduced himself and explained that his son was the boat captain. He shared the history of Frankenmuth and the surrounding area and when he tells you the popcorn they sell on board is the best you'll ever have, he's not lying. The popcorn was the surprise star of this cruise! For only $2 you get this bag of fresh salty delicious popcorn and they actually encourage you to toss some to the ducks on the river. It was really fun watching them Rush up to the boat and watching the children laughing and enjoying themselves. I love popcorn though so unfortunately the ducks had to share with me because it was definitely the best $2 popcorn I've ever had! This is a must if you're in Frankenmuth and I'm so glad we got to experience it. We had such a nice time that we bought some souvenirs on our way off the boat, including a little Captain's hat for my husband to match the one we had for our pup already. It really was a lovely time.
