    I scheduled a cleaning appointment for my rental property, confirmed the date/time, agreed on the…read morefee, and even sent the address the day before so there would be no surprises about the location. The property is almost an hour away for me, and I drove there specifically to unlock the home and meet the cleaner at the scheduled appointment time. Right when the appointment was supposed to begin, I received a message saying she could not make it because the drive was "too far." This was disappointing because the address had already been provided in advance, and travel distance should have been considered before confirming the booking. I normally understand when emergencies happen, but after reading another review describing the exact same issue -- a last-minute cancellation because the location was too far -- this seems more like a pattern than a one-time situation. Professional communication and reliability are extremely important, especially when clients are arranging schedules and driving long distances. Unfortunately, this experience was a major inconvenience and wasted a significant amount of my time and money. This pushes back my rental turnover time. To your response: You knew the area our home was located days in advance, and the exact location the day before. Yet you waited until the time of our appointment to cancel because it was inconvenient for you. (Not because of an emergency, which would be understanding) We took time off of work to drive an hour to open our rental for you. Thank you very much for wasting our time.

    We hired them to clean a rental property after being vacated by the tenant. Several issues:…read more 1) they said they would be there between 9 and 10. At 10 we were still waiting. When I texted at 10:06 they said they'd be there in 10 minutes. At 10:30 they said they are arriving now. Finally arrived at 10:50. Wasted 2 hours of our time 2) their system is extremely irritating with excessive texts, reminders, and emails warnings of extra fees (parking etc) if you don't do this or that. We got over a dozen unnecessary messages 3) when they arrived we were surprised to hear how many things were 'extra'. Shame on us for not reading the agreement carefully, but we'd had services before and they didn't charge extra for blinds, bathroom cupboards, kitchen cupboards, the blinds dusting, refrigerator etc. 4) after all that the service itself was mediocre. We had to redo the stove top and kitchen sink and the face of the appliances. They took our roll of paper towels we had in the kitchen. Countertops were not to our standard. The dispatcher tried to help and was sympathetic and offered a small discount, but I'd have far rather paid full price and saved 2 hours and not had to spend time later finishing the job. Would not use them again.

The booking process was quick and communication leading up to the appointment was prompt, which I appreciated. However, I was shocked when only one cleaner arrived to deep clean my 1,500 sq ft home. Every other cleaning service I've used has sent at least two people for a deep clean. Despite a 10:15 AM arrival, she was still not done by the hard 4:30 PM cutoff time I clearly communicated in advance. In fact, two rooms hadn't even been started by then, and I was late picking someone up from the airport as a result. Throughout the day, I had to keep asking her to go back and re-clean areas she said were already done. Even then, she seemed surprised when I pointed out very basic things that hadn't been addressed. There was still dirt on the counters, dust and fur under beds that I specifically mentioned needed attention, and the floors were not properly mopped. The trash wasn't taken out, and I was told that making the beds "wasn't included"--something I've never encountered with any cleaning service, let alone for a deep clean. One of the most frustrating parts was discovering permanent chemical streaks on my toilet lid and built-in child seat, which are now stained yellow. It's clear a product was sprayed and the child seat wasn't folded down and wiped, so the cleaner just dripped and dried into the material. That's not just poor service--that's damage to my property. I stayed home all day for this service and ended up having to re-clean multiple areas myself before guests arrived. When I reached out to the owner, I clearly explained the issues and even provided photos. I also explained that having the cleaner return wasn't an option because I had houseguests and needed everything done properly the first time. I only asked for a partial refund--not a full one--given the incomplete service and additional work I had to do myself. Rather than meet me halfway, communication stopped. There was no apology, no ownership, and no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation beyond offering to send the same cleaner back. That simply wasn't a feasible solution given the timing and circumstances. What started as a disappointing service turned into a frustrating, time-wasting, and now property-damaging experience. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is incredibly telling. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.
