Helpful staff when asking questions about menu items We got a couple cheeseburgers with fries. Both good flavor and cooked well. I felt the bun a bit firm but still okay. Highlight was the shakes. Didn't notice til I was half way thru the sandwich. (Hope i dont get sick) Went to return it to them because I was dining in. All attitude from every cashier and even the manager. Even while I was trying g to quietly tell them, other customers looked over their food and found mold as well! They offered me a refund but needed my receipt. Didn't have it, but I show my credit card payment to them....19.78 was what i paid. The cashier instead came back, handed me 4 single dollar bills and a remade sandwich. Stay out this place. Think I need to call corporate about this terrible experience. But watch.... they'll put the same generic "sorry about your visit" statement under this like that helps.

The service was not that great. The servers were tied up and would not ask others to step aside while they stayed on their cell phones and held up the ONLY line for five minutes. Those people were also rude, but the server could have asked them to politely step aside also. The tea was good. They could have replaced their lemons, though. The gal who took our order spoke one word replies, barely intelligible, and had a terrible attitude. We aren't regulars so had questions about how to use the soda machine ( I wanted plain soda water with no sugar) and she basically rolled her eyes and refused to make eye contact. There were 4 of us and we all ordered chicken tenders. She yelled in the back "y'all gone hafta drop alot of tenders, I mean alot" with a really awful tone, like we were so much trouble. ( There were barely any other customers.) My husband doesn't like bone in chicken at all so he was trying to clarify that the tenders were boneless and she was rude and aloof. We were glad to eat in our vehicle due to the dining room being shut down. Basically, the staff needs training but the food really was yummy. I would have enjoyed my meal alot more if I'd had someone speak to me with respect.
