Absolutely horrible service. The whole store ran by kids. The "manager" is literally 17 years old if she's a day.

Driving through from TN to FL and by 730 pm There weren't very many options for food. With kids and a hungry gang we stopped for f at this location. Their latest health score was 91. We ordered 24 Krystal's 1/2 with cheese and 1/2 w/o. We also requested no onions. While I have eaten at many Krystal's I've never been told I couldn't have my Krystal's without onions. Instead of the hard of hearing/multitasking ability of the lady taking our order telling us that she cannot do "no onions" she waited until we got to the window. After waiting for about 10 mins she brings our order to the window. Our fries were stale. We had onions on all our burgers, while to normal individuals this would not be a problem - but for those of us with allergies and migraines - we were left with burgers we were told to just scrape the rest of the onions off. When we asked the lady at the window she just walked off and another guy came to ask what our issue was. Then he explained that the burgers were cooked in onions and they have to scrape them off. news to me as we just ate at a location on Clarksville TN and was provided fresh fries and burgers without onions. (Imagine that). Some of us ate some of us picked at what we could but really disappointed on the services and food received. When people travel they still expect to receive the same customer service as they would at popular locations. I stopped at this Krystal just outside of Decatur on Sunday afternoon 5/15/2022 about 3 p.m. I had planned on going in as I noticed someone sitting in the dining area at a table but there was a sign that stated lobby was closed. I ordered and proceeded to the window. I pulled up to the drive through window and opened my window and as it opened, the drive thru window opened and the smell of pot reeked from the inside of the restaurant. I could see that the person sitting in the dining area was an employee smoking pot. The employees were laughing about it. Needless to say the smell was overwhelming and I decided it was best not to eat any of the food that I had ordered. Avoid this Krystal. read more

White Castle like burgers! I had never had Krystal before and although we weren't too hungry on our trip back from down south for vacation we had to stop and get a couple of double sliders...er burgers just to see how much they were really like White Castle. Well I know they fry their burgers versus how White Castle steams theirs but they were pretty much identical. The double cheeseburgers we had were delicious and definitely hit the sweet spot to satisfy the White Castle cravings. Differences? Hmm...well the Krystal burgers seemed slightly larger (although maybe it was my imagination) and were put together with a bit more care than White Castle I think, in other words they looked a bit more like the tv commercials you see than White Castle burgers do but mostly it was the same taste. The fries which accompanied the burgers were pretty forgettable, next time I think I'd try onion rings if they had them. So if you're in the mood for some delicious little burgers, or are a northerner craving some White Castle, you can rest assured you will get your craving satisfied here at Krystal! read more

Came through here on the way down to the Gulf. First time being at a Krystals. I did not know what type of fast food restaurant to expect. Staff was friendly and service was fast. I went to Krystal's before I had to be to work so i could get something to eat. No one was in drive thru. Well I sat at the speaker and sat there. I said hello and still didnt get anything. If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. We sat in the drive through for almost ten minutes. We tried to raise a staff member through the intercom without success. We drove forward to be peered at through a closed window by a woman with her mouth full, chewing like a cow and a young woman who appeared drug affected when she finally opened the window. She told us that she'd asked us to "hold" at the intercom after we'd already sat there for an extended period. We explained there was no sound via the intercom and she just laughed like a hyena. On attempting to place an order for the 12 burger pack, she asked us if we were willing to wait 10 to 15 minutes because "none of our grills are done yet". What sort of pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant opens for business, takes orders but has nothing cooked? This was our first ever interaction with Krystal and we won't be trying again. Worst service ever and your staff are ignorant and totally incompetent. read more

The burgers there were bad the wings were probably the only thing that was good here and the fries were ok.

Burgers are very good BUT the fries are THE WORST in town. The terrible quality is only because they are never cooked completely. I have been there on several occasions and have only had two times the fries were "cooked". Please let the timer go a little longer. read more
