Unfortunately for me, this…read moreparticular window was merely a side window that was part of a massive, super old, triple-framed "unit" that takes up the entire back end of my living room. In other words, to update the energy efficiency by replacing just the the side window with a more modern one was impossible without replacing the ENTIRE unit, which was quoted by another company for something bananas like $6K. Yeah right. Hard pass. After thoroughly examining the window for a solid twenty minutes, checking every inch and trying to find a clever workaround, dude says he thinks he can replace just the glass without any real noticeable damage to the window frame. He has to custom order the glass, and it takes several days to arrive. When it does, he called to tell me that he could be available earlier than his scheduled time if that was okay with me. Of course it was, so he came right over and spends quite awhile replacing the window. He finishes, I'm happy with the job, but he informs me that he isn't too crazy about how it turned out, on account of a very thin strip of black that was visible from the inside, meaning that his original measurement was off by juuuust a little bit. I'm somewhat picky when it comes to workmanship (sloppy contractor work drives.me.up.the.wall) and it was such a minor error that I told him it truly wasn't a big deal, but he insisted on redoing it anyway! About a week later, he and another guy came to redo the job. I paid the original quoted price at their insistence. They went so out of their way to do a perfect job, I couldn't believe it! This is a rare thing to find with home contractors, I can assure you. I'd recommend these guys all day long and in a heartbeat. Great work, more than fair price, and true integrity from start to finish.

When they came to replace the glass they realized their estimator had ordered single pane glass and not double pane like my existing windows. They ordered the correct glass but refused to honor their quoted price claiming the estimator no longer worked for them. The owner was very rude and difficult To deal with. I was very unhappy but needed broken windows replaced so we negotiated a price for the work. The workers who came and replaced the glass did a very poor job with the installation. The glazing is sloppy and crooked and they didn't even bother to clean the windows. I do not recommend their services and would never use them again!

He had heard good things about this location. He sent an email out for a quote. He had good communication on the email and got a time set up. He got a confirmation of a time and scheduled to do the drop off. One small hiccup was that he got a second email not long after. The email came from a different individual trying to confirm the same information, and he thought it was a scam. He didn't answer the 2nd email because he had already confirmed everything through the initial emails and thought it was spam. He went to drop off the vehicle, and they had canceled his original appointment because he didn't answer that second email. Luckily, the gentleman behind the counter was great. He was able to get him in right around the same time frame, and we had no major problems. The husband discussed all the options, picked out what he wanted, and got it ordered. He was able to share options with my husband there in the store. He picked out the 15% in the back and 70% on the front. They let us know that they were only a couple of days out. That still worked fine for us. We got the call a couple of days later, and it was like taking a kid to the candy store. Hubby was so excited to see the tint on his car. He had been wanting this since he got the car. We got to meet Jen and the shop pup Jayla, who startled me when I walked in this time, but was happy for the pup love while we finished up paying. It ended up being about $540.00, which is what we budgeted for. Hubby had a coupon, but it was expired, but that's okay. Although they were unable to do the windshield, due to the difficulty and specialty tools involved, they were able to do all side windows and back window and it looks fantastic, I would highly recommend. They were prompt and professional, 10/10 service and communication.
