They were really quick to tell me how to unsubscribe from Angi so that they could work with me directly. I made three different appointments with them, all of which they cancelled with practically no notice. They do not answer their phone. They only communicate by text. They also charged me more than twice as much for the repair as the final contractor did; they still have not refunded me. Next step BBB and a lawyer.

The boards are uneven, my front door drags when it opens, there is a gap between my flooring and the threshold where mice,etc have an invitation to come in. He did not address the gutter issue on the front eaves. He only replaced 2 of the wrought iron supports holding up the roof, putting the screws inbetween the boards. When I asked for a copy of my estimate that I had signed,he couldn't produce it. I will have to have someone else fix his mistakes.
