Late Friday afternoon as the work was still undone, I called back and was told that their field manager would call me back to arrange a new time for the work to be done. Three and a half hours later, after not being contacted, I called again to express my disappointment at the lack of follow through by their company. I was told that I was rude and should take my business elsewhere. A quality business over delivers on their promises, Kruse Tree Trim does the opposite and clearly doesn't need your business. I recommend that quality conscious consumers accept Kruse's recommendation and take their business elsewhere.

I repeatedly had to ask him to come back to install the weather stripping. He was also to tear down and replace my front porch floor. Here is where the major problem lies. The boards are uneven, my front door drags when it opens, there is a gap between my flooring and the threshold where mice,etc have an invitation to come in. He did not address the gutter issue on the front eaves. He only replaced 2 of the wrought iron supports holding up the roof, putting the screws inbetween the boards. When I asked for a copy of my estimate that I had signed,he couldn't produce it. I will have to have someone else fix his mistakes.
