My teen was not compliant with elastics. This is out of character for my progeny as normally they are very responsible and conscientious. Treatment was ended without all the problems having been corrected. I did not know this was the case until I found paperwork in my kid's car. I would rather forgo a coffee bar and have better communication. Should have stuck with the other practice in Kentwood. Whether truth or facade it seemed like I was more than a wallet to them.

They are interested in finding out WHY you are having dental issues, and helping you solve them. Not just taking your money to fix the cavities as they come, but try to work with you to figure out why and prevent future cavities from forming, for example. Thus the name, COMPLETE Health Dentistry! (CHD) As well as they see all ages. COMPASSION: They also have kept their compassion through Covid. This one has meant the MOST to me. They see human beings, and extend compassion to each person respectfully. Accommodating: I switched to CHD this spring and it has been the BEST! I have four sons, 7, 5, 3, and 1. CHD have been accommodating in getting us in, arranging multiple appts. at the same time or back-to-back. And if we needed to be seen quickly, but no appts. were available they were able to put us on the cancelled appt. call-list and get us in within a day or a few days. Compassionate: You can tell by how they talk and behave with you. You can just tell a difference. One example of action is when my 3 and 7 year old were seen, they gave my 5 year old son, who had been in the waiting room, a small little "after-appt" prize as well. (That meant a lot! Now, the 5 year did not need it, but it did him feel special leaving with a toy too!) Considerate: I believe they also truly care about you. They were so sweet allowing me to bring all the kids, which enabled the children to get the care they needed and enabled my life to be more stress-free, not having to arrange children care, and all that goes into it. (My husband works the working hours of the dentistry.) Clean: The are respectful, and just as clean and through as any great dentistry! Everything looks presentable, tools appear to be throughly sanitized, like you would expect, specialized items are opened at the appt. right in front of you from sealed, sterilized pouches, etc. For Parents: Because they see all ages it is not children-centered. Such as the after-appt. toys are similar to a $0.25 toy compared to a $1 toy. As well as, they do have a screen children can watch during an appt., but you might need to ask for a show to be turned on. However, these are a SMALL trade for the compassion, consideration, and care you will receive here!
