On the exterior there was some nasty old alligatored paint on the porch that needed to be painted over and some window touchups. I was pleased to see that they were concerned about lead as we were. He had a HEPA vac and used drop clothes from getting any dust anywhere. We went away for a week and they worked hard throughout the whole time we were away. His crew arrived on time every day, was minimally invasive, and very friendly. They got the job done in a week, despite one day of rain when they couldn't work. Although it's only been a week, the paint job looks great. Thiago is incredibly responsive, which is rarely the case with contractors. After the job, a phone line had been left dangling (not a big deal). I texted Thiago, and within a couple of hours, it was fixed. We got 3 bids for the job, and Thiago's Painting was by far the best value. The only issue we had was that the team kept leaving our back gate open (we have dogs and live on a busy street), but other than that I would highly recommend Thiago's Painting.

Emmanuel and his crew worked swiftly and efficiently to hang new drywall and paint the HVAC closet.
