He refused to read contract documents representing an estate saying he was "too busy" to be bothered with doing so. He will shout at you over the phone, refuse to do his job, then try to bully you with impossible deadlines. If his clients were still alive, they could surely hold him to keeping their best interest in mind, but given that they are not, this firm has one interest and one alone. Don't get involved unless you like being bullied, being shouted at, hiring people who won't read contract redlines they are hired to read, and want to feel a little worse about humanity overall.

Not only did he lose my case, he never even notified me. I waited 3 years and finally found out online on my own that I had lost. It was a year later after the decision had already been made. This guy stinks. They must of ran him out of California where he was from, and he crawled out here to the East Coast to cause havoc. Avoid this fool like the plague. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I would not recommend this attorney based on my family's experience…read more This attorney represented my uncle in a guardianship case involving my grandmother. What happened to our family is something I will never forget. My mother and I were in the home asleep when my grandmother was taken from the house and placed in a nursing home. Imagine waking up and realizing that an elderly family member has been taken out of her own home while you were sleeping. Whatever someone may think about the family circumstances, there was a human being at the center of this case -- my grandmother. To us, she was not a case number, an estate, or a source of legal fees. She was our family. I understand that an attorney represents their client. But there comes a point where the legal process has real human consequences, and in our experience, compassion seemed to be nowhere to be found. The entire experience left me feeling that the pursuit of control, money, and legal fees became more important than the people whose lives were being turned upside down. Watching a family go through something this painful and feeling like everything could simply be reduced to paperwork, court filings, and financial interests is heartbreaking. I will never forget how this was handled or how it made my family feel. If you are considering hiring this attorney, I strongly encourage you to ask questions about every possible consequence, every fee, and exactly what could happen to your loved one before moving forward. People may forget a court case. Families don't forget what happens to the people they love.

Our journey with legal representation did not start with Scott Kraus and Jack Lipari through…read moreHelmer, Conley and Kasselman, P.A, but it did end with this phenomenal firm. Their professionalism, punctuality, knowledge, honesty, communication, and loyalty are unwavering. It is hard to put into words how difficult it is to watch someone you love fight for their life within a system that is so broken. Finding a lawyer, you can trust with advocating for them is just the start. Continuing to make decisions that seem like a lose-lose situation knowing they will forever shape your future is devastating. Having a firm not only listen to your concerns, but truly make their best effort in finding ways to a positive result and fighting fiercely for what's right makes the process a little less stressful. They exceeded our expectations in every aspect and then some. During the difficult time of COVID-19 and the uncertainty of the world, this firm did not miss a beat. In fact, they moved mountains to ensure that we were not lost in the mix of the legal system. Scott and Jack explained step by step the process in getting the help we needed, never once misled us, and worked with us every step of the way keeping us constantly informed and educated. We will be forever grateful for the time they spent in our corner and for the continuous support by reaching out for updates even after our case was resolved. Our only regret is not finding them sooner. There is nothing too small or too large that they cannot assist with. Going above and beyond is just one of the many reasons why we not only recommend them but insist that you consider hiring them to be your voice. You will not be disappointed.

I can't thank Scott P. Kessler from Team Law enough. After talking with several other lawyers,…read moreScott was the only lawyer who thought my case was worth fighting for even when the reward for both parties in the end was small. To make a long story short, I lost a tooth eating at a restaurant. I just really wanted the restaurant to make it right and pay for my medical bills to get a tooth implant. When calls went unanswered I approached legal consultation. Many lawyers didn't thing the reward in the end was enough for representation. Scott on the other hand said regardless, no case is too small or too big for legal representation. They took a chance on me when no one wanted to bother. In the end I got my money back from the tooth implant and then some for pain and suffering. Like he said I won't get rich, but my medical bills would be covered and a few extra for pain and suffering. Scott and his team did just that with the firm getting a small fair share of the compensation. Remember to whomever goes to Team Law, it's not about the profit, it's about you and your case. They will work night and day with their best foot forward to get you the best possible financial compensation in the end. I now know who to go to for future claims if any. I didn't think any lawyer would take this case after being rejected by many. Thank you Scott and his team from being persistent and professional. A year has passed since we met a final time, but I never forgot that I needed to spread the word of Team Law who puts the clients first in my opinion. Give them a try for your personal injury case that may come about. Thank you Scott and I wish you and your firm much success.
