We were in disbelief and frantic over my husband's Spine injury pain. A friend told me I needed to contact a Workers Compensation Lawyer. I called several offices with no live person and no call backs- then I came across and listing for Kessler, DiGiovanni & Jesuele, LLC which indicated that they help clients experiencing a serious personal injury due to someone else's negligence can be overwhelming and life-altering. At Kessler, DiGiovanni & Jesuele, we understand the difficulties you may be facing in the aftermath of an accident, including navigating the complex insurance landscape. I called Kessler, DiGiovanni & Jesuele, LLC and how lucky did I get - Attorney Vincent Jesuele answered my call and I gave him a quick summary what my husband was going through on the phone and told me everything will be ok - what a relief I felt someone that understood, and I knew Attorney Vincent Jesuele was going to help us. Within a week of talking with Vincent appointments we're schedule, and pain management was happening awaiting procedures followed by surgeries. Vincent has put it all together he is superb. He was also spot on about diagnosis and procedures that my husband would need. Again, from the very beginning when I first spoke to Vincent throughout my husband's case, I knew we were in excellent hands. Vincent has been the person who has been handling my husband's case from the very beginning. From the first phone call, medical appointments, to the interview, to the applications and to the hearing. Compassionate, patient, thorough, intelligent and meticulous are just some of his attributes. Oh, and what a nice person he is which is most important of all. Countless emails which I have exchanged with him have been answered very quickly. Each and every email. When I needed to speak with him over the phone, he was right there, and if he wasn't available immediately, I would receive a return phone call the same day. I don't know how many clients this firm handle, but I do know it's a lot. But Vincent gives you his undivided attention and knows your case inside & out which is astonishing when you think about it, considering his caseload. It's almost like you have your own personal law firm! Obviously, there's a whole support team that makes this all work and as I said, Vincent has put together a superb team. I highly recommend others who are looking for a law firm to represent them to give this firm a try. You have very little to lose and a whole lot to gain. In additional we did receive compensation for my husband's work-related injuries. This has literally all been a life changing experience and again I want to thank Vincent Jesuele Esq. for everything he has done for our family. Gemma and Joseph M.

The next day I reached out to UPS about her injuries, they threatened her, and then fired her because of her injury. I had to call the police to have it reported what happened for future. And I kept the audio from her old supervisor. I mean he was mean, and really threatened her. I contacted a lawyer since they refused her medical care and her medicaid refused to pay for workers comp injuries. I was referred to this lawfirm. At first, Mr. Jesuele did a good job getting her to medical care, and liberty mutual barely complied. After everything my mother was referred to physical therapy that she never received because the insurance doesn't want to cover it, and medicaid refuse to cover anything relating to work accident. This case is going on 3 years, and many times I ask Mr. Jesuele to go to trial as that is what my mother wants, he refuse to. He is just pushing for her to just accept what he is telling her. 1. First offer he gave my mom was an offer that he said initially was a ball park that he and the other lawyer would talk about. But apparently he had already talked and decided on $11K. 2. After refusal, he went to get medicaid liens and never got back to me for months. Finally, I reached out, contacted medical liens office myself, and then something happened. Then we had a different offer, and my mom asked for a trial. He keep saying that is not advisable. Okay, so we ask for a better offer, and he said he would talk to the other lawyer. Never did. He communicates every once or twice a year. 3x time we asked to just go to trial, and he keeps pushing the case under, not doing anything about it. 3. This last thing pissed me off was today. He said the courts were closed last year, and he said the same to me today when we asked for trial. So my mom's case might be heard later this year or next year. Called the court. Everything is being done virtually, including trials. He never intended to do anything with my mom's case. I have a deep feeling he is acting in his and #libertymutual best interests. Not my moms. The big problem is my mom doesn't speak English and I personally have no time to deeply help her. But I have great feeling that because of that he is not acting in my mom's best interests. Already had settled with the other party. Last year, when asked for a trial, he acted like he would rather quit the case, and I was fine with that. But then said no thats not what he said. I feel like this is something to be investigating, and I should be filing a complaint with the state about this. This smells fishy like a malpractice situation. When people don't speak English or are not able to advocate for themselves, others take advantage. But if this continues, I will file a malpractice lawsuit. My mom doesn't speak English well, and she is limited to the jobs she can have. On top of that, her legs are impacted, her sleep, and she continues with pain. She cannot work her usual job because of this injury, but they are sitting there happy not to give her medical care, attention, and to have her settle for pennies that will be gone in months after she pays for her own phtaysical therapy and other care relating to this accident. What type of lawyer takes advantage of someone who already is at a disadvantage and is now partially dissable, and cannot even earn a keep.

The attorney that handled our closing, Carolyn Kropp, is truly amazing for a number of reasons - she's patient, kind, knowledgeable, considerate, capable, competent, and very responsive. On top of that, she consistently demonstrated a deep passion for her job and worked hard to give us the proper advice. Most importantly, Carolyn was there with us through every step of the way - negotiating our (sometimes tough) concerns with the Seller and coordinating with the bank to make sure they stayed on top of all the necessary items to ensure a timely closing. We feel very blessed and lucky to have worked with Carolyn and highly recommend her and the Law Offices of Norman Albert to anyone looking for a real estate attorney that knows their stuff!

From the day we made the offer until the day we signed our closing papers, Carolyn was our most trusted advisor. She gave pertinent advice and took the time to explain some of the finer points about home buying that I was not familiar with. Never did she or Norman lose patience with my pestering, and they made sure that we were able to close on time. I can't say a single bad thing about working with them. You'd be sorely mistaken to pick another attorney in the area.

She helped me in 2004 and I was very satisfied with everything, including the final outcome. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. If one is looking for assistance with elder care, DO NOT retain Lauren Marinaro…read more She makes promises on which she cannot deliver, blows by deadlines and is nearly impossible to reach. Some emails were answered, but rarely did they address the questions posed. One can beg for a phone call, which I did many times, and one will receive nothing. During an exceptionally emotional and difficult time, she only added to the stress. I would plead with her to respond and answer the questions I had posed. For three Fridays in a row, she did a document dump and then was unable to speak. No guidance, no advice. This would spiral me and she knew it. She has, what I perceive to be, a sadistic streak. On one particular Friday, another document dump with an email which read my changes would tank the deal. She emailed this at 8:20 in the morning. I spent the rest of the day emailing and calling. All I wanted was to know was what specifically did she find objectionable so I could reread and reevaluate. Nothing. No response at all. She had ALL day to send an email and chose instead to leave me worried and wondering all weekend. She also seemed very concerned with opposing counsel's reactions. On more than one occasion she was hesitant to relay what I instructed her to write. On several occasions, her ONLY concern was that she did not want to upset the other attorney. She was not advocating for me. We finally met in person and had a very productive discussion. I walked out of her office convinced she was clear on what I would accept and what was a hard pass. Well, I come to learn the new proposal was submitted to opposing counsel without sharing it with me, her client, prior to sending it. This new agreement, written by my attorney, included releases which she understood I was never going accept. All she did was rewrite opposing counsel's requests which, had I signed, would have released the individual from being held accountable for the possible malfeasance in this individual's role as Co-PoA. This was my lawyer, assisting the other side. She literally took the clauses I objected to and simply rewrote them. She was advocating for everyone but her client. Additionally, her demeanor is mercurial. One never knows which version one will get. She had the nerve and disrespect to SCREAM at me twice and once at my husband. (I know we should have dumped her, but she kept telling me we were so close.) She screamed in a manner that if one saw a parent yell like this at a child one would be concerned. The screaming was unbelievable and unwarranted. She also send disrespectful emails written in all caps. Now one of the worst parts. We were hoping to wrap this up this week. I was very clear with her that I had a busy Thursday and plans from Friday to Tuesday. I shared with her that my only hope for this weekend was to spend time with my children. I begged her not to delay. I begged her not to wait until Friday. All I wanted was to avoid a fourth weekend of torment all done at her hands. Well Thursday comes and I cancel my appointments for nothing. She did not email or call. Friday morning she quit. She quit on the day we were meant to finally end this email. Sadistic. She is sadistic and truly appears to enjoy spiraling her clients. She used to threaten to quit often and also asked if we wanted to fire her. So very professional. Unprofessional, unethical, disrespectful, overwhelmed, and downright unhinged. Stay away. Unfortunately for the practice, she is now lead partner. I cannot see this firm continuing on with the lead partner treating clients as if they were less than. Save your time, money, and sanity and find another attorney. Happy ending nevertheless. Once she quit, opposing counsel reached out to our family attorney and wrapped up the agreement. It took a couple of hours to complete what Lauren could not accomplish in seven weeks. One can find a much better elder care/estate planning attorney.
