Mgmt discriminates against disabled citizens with service animals by not allowing them to be served inside, mgmt verbally assaults when being informed about ADA law and tells lies on those they victimize to cover up their illegal acts. Mgmt also finds it appropriate to hurl insults at people who leave negative reviews rather than seeking to positively rectify issues voiced. I found this establishment by accident... looking for another business in the same area. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed the KRU. People there are very friendly and the staff are consummate professionals at the craft of mixology!! I have been back several times since my serendipitous discovery and I have always had a wonderful time. read more
