He never pulled a permit for the job! Finally had a county inspection and not much of the deck he built is actually up to code! He used improper wood for the framing of the deck, no flashing on the house between deck. Stairs not up to code via county. Some of the wood was screwed down so hard that it split deck boards and the framing for the deck. None of which was fixed or repaired. This contractor has done nothing but lie to my face the entire time, the only reason I know this is because I have had the county hit several times now during this process! He lies, he will scam you out of more money then the contract was signed for. If you live in the foresthill area be ware! DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN/ Contractor!
