Dr. Ho is especially compassionate and takes time to really listen, which we didn't always experience with other pain specialists we tried. He is thorough but also efficient during follow-up visits, and he helped significantly reduce her pain with steroid injections when medications alone were not enough. Walking in before the appointment, my mom could not sit up and had to lay down on the waiting room couch. After the procedure, my mom has been able to walk short distances without her cane. We are very grateful for the care she has received here.

Then had to drive down again to tell them that. I had an extension at one point, but evidently they didn't usually give that out, so the front desk sat there and either lied to me or didn't know about it. This all happened in a space of 3 weeks in March of 2024. I've been having trouble with appointments, since this office was purchased by PIH and it just gets worse and worse!

I had some real problems with being able to turn my head in either direction because of all the stiffness. They laid out a plan of exercises that concentrated on getting my neck more limber and able to turn without the pain I had had. Everyone there was so very helpful and you felt like they really cared about how you progressed. If I ever have to have PT again hopefully Kaiser will refer me there again.

I am very happy with the care I received…read more Elliot was patient, thorough, and worked me through a 7 month injury in my ab that no other doctor has been able to fix. I can finally workout, lift weights, walk my German Shepherd, and get back to my normal daily activity. He pushed me enough to feel like I was progressing each week, while keeping in mind my body's needs and not overworking it. Not only did he help me through my injury, but he was a kind and pleasant person to work with. He truly listened to my feedback and tailored and updated my care plan to exactly what I needed to recover fully.
