So many things to say about this store, but I'll start with the most recent. I went to the fuel station associated with Kroger, bought gas, and was told I had no fuel points for October or November. I do. Over 600 for October, and I specifically went on the last day of November so I didn't lose them. I had the cashier void the transaction, and I purchased gas at a competitor. When I contacted customer service they "made it right" by giving me 500 points for November. What they actually did was steal over 100 points that I had earned purchasing groceries at their store. This company is grossly unethical, and they have lost my family's business for good. read more

This location is constantly stocking the shelves with expired products. 5 days ago, I picked up Horizon strawberry milk. I didn't think to check the expiration date because I assumed their employees do not stock the shelves with expired food- wrong. The expired milk had been on the shelf a month past its expiration date. Today, I placed a pickup order because I thought I'd have a better chance at getting milk that was not expired if an employee picked out my order. Again, I was sold more expired milk- also expired on 10/17/25. On 10/17/25, I was sold milk that expired on 9/14/25. read more

First of - LOVE Kroger. What has me posting is something I "learned" from their pharmacy manager today. Apparently, according to her statements, Kroger Pharmacy believes it is entitled to keep patient records ABOUT YOU that they then are not required to share WITH YOU. Now according to EVERYTHING I am finding on the internet, the pharmacy managers of Kroger Pharmacies in 3 separate divisions, and my own common sense and industry exposure this is contrary to EVERY patient rights guideline and law on the subject there is. I'm an adult. I've never really gotten along with these 2 pharmacists despite LOVING the majority of the staff and past pharmacists. Pharmacists are presumably professionals and have their own responsibilities and guidelines - fine. Mix into the fact that we've never really gotten along - I have NO problem quietly taking my business elsewhere. I am ONLY posting because she claims Kroger's policy is to not provide patient records when requested. Not being arbitrary or sensational - simply passing along a thing I learned today that I found a bit shocking. Oh - and you can't get a response from corporate if you try to ask further questions. Ot requires a lawyer to get answers. Sad. Kinda scarey actually. I hope your experience is better! This Kroger is a great one stop shop! I love the variety of options so close to home. The store is very inviting from the well maintained parking lot to the well lit and organized departments to the clean bathrooms. The staff is helpful and friendly. The floral department is amazing! I enjoy having fresh flowers and plants in my kitchen. Natalie is always helpful when I am choose my flowers. Overall the entire store is great. The produce has lots of options, however be sure to check quality and expiration dates. The pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a very busy location and quantities can be limited during peak times. I try to avoid those peak times and find everything we need. They do have delivery options. I suggest when you place your order you choose Kroger delivery over Insta Cart. I have had many issues and now choose to not use it. read more

I don't work at Kroger, but feel they owe me a paycheck for the many hours I've spent ringing up and bagging my own groceries. They close at 11:00 PM but I was just there Friday night and needed to check out a full cart at 9:58 PM and they had no registers open except for self-checkout! See the picture with time stamp. This happens often. I saw a ton of employees in the aisles restocking items. Why don't they have 1 or 2 working the registers? Kroger is not what it used to be. Two glaring issues need to be addressed: -- Pricing: First of all, the pricing is high compared to their competitors, to the point I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Also, too many times items do not ring up properly. It happens on a near regular basis. Unfortunately there seems to be no accountability for that. -- Customer Service: There is no customer service! The customer service desk is staffed with rude employees who apparently don't want to be doing what they're doing. Then, the unending blue carts in your way in nearly every aisle make it very aggravating to shop around. Our new approach to shopping is to go to Aldi's first, Meijers second and if all else fails, Kroger. What a shame! I CAN'T WAIT until Publix is established here locally. read more

Absolutely ridiculous, yesterday gas was $3.17 today $3.49. I am done shopping at Kroger because they are all about gouging gas prices. I guess they just make up for all the savings they give to home delivery customers because they pass it on to other customers. I'm not sure anyone needs a Kroger this big, but it definitely had enough interesting items to make even this jaded Los Angeles resident pause... It's huge, to be sure. But with that comes the giant suburban parking lot (feels so luxurious to me! and it's FREE!) and an aisle of coffee options so large I started to feel a little light-headed. Clean, easy to navigate, large aisles and Kroger's general "good neighbor" attitude... If I lived here, I'd probably shop here. But I'd take a little something to chill me out first. read more

Walked in last night and walked right out. 10 pm and not one cash register lane was open, only self scan. This location is in bad need of some new front end managers. These drop outs they have now don't know what to do to keep the customers coming back! Too many chiefs and too few workers is my impression as a customer. Often there is no one at the customer service desk. When the cashiers have a question for a manager, no one can be found. One day, a woman in a red vest yelled at a cashier for taking care of the next customer before I was done bagging my groceries. The name on her badge was Kristi. If she had taken a moment to ask instead of having a knee jerk reaction, I could have told her that I had told the cashier to go ahead with the next customer since I was fine bagging my groceries the way I wanted. Another day I witnessed a woman in a red vest named Amber speak in a most disrespectful manner to a cashier who had asked her a question. It's no wonder this store. 1 year in and its already going down hill. Parking lot is dirty. Carts are broken and have stickers all over them. Several Glass doors on coolers are cracked. Yes, I seem to be picking chain spots lately for reviews but this Kroger is worthy of praise. It is by far, one of the friendliest, cleanest and most organized grocery stores for miles and I've been to many from here to Louisville. It takes quite a bit for me to stand up and take notice but from the friendly cashier that helped me bag my items in the self-serve line to the man grilling ribs at the exit, the service was outstanding. This review is primarily for the liquor store next door. Met a friend for drinks at Kitchen 1883 and she told me the liquor store has inexpensive and fabulous beer and wine flights. So we meandered over and I got a flight of 4 wines (ridiculously generous pours - they had to total over 2 full glasses of wine) for $5 and she got a flight of beers for $5 as well. I had to not drink all of my generous serving, since I needed to drive home. Very friendly bartender who offered us peanuts and pretzels. And then you checkout like you would at the grocery store. This Kroger is SO much nicer than the Florence location. Clean, spacious, modern, and the employees are helpful. It also has a Starbucks inside. Tip: If you forget your Kroger rewards card, hit the Use Alternate ID button and punch in the phone number associated with your card (or tell it to the cashier). One thing that drives me crazy is the ridiculous amount of cart return corrals in the parking lot. There is literally one every 5 spaces. You start to pull into a spot, then realize it's for carts only... over and over again. read more

They have 1 bagger available and the person was out in the hot sun picking up garbage. Don't usually write reviews only if a place is exceptionally bad or good. In this case Kroger's is exceptionally bad. Never get what we order whether pickup or delivery. One of the only stores that does not know what they have in stock when you order. Pharmacy is terrible. Today I go in with an item marked with Kroger sticker and they tell me I have to have a receipt. No way to look it up on my credit card. The app is a piece of you know what and does not show my purchase. I just wish there were other Grocery stores around to choose from like when we moved here 10+ years ago. Not the store but the experience. So I get the call of nature, I go to the mens restroom and notice the womens is closed and a sign that says to go to another one as it's not open. I continue with my mission. So there I am, in the restroom, in my most vulnerable state....I soon hear another person come in. They take the next stall and proceed to do their business. I finish before my restroom mate and continue to wash my hands. The other person then comes out of the stall and the older WOMAN washes her hands quickly and walks out. I didn't freak or say a word and obviously she played it off like "You don't see me." So again, no big deal for me but she took me by surprise a little. Clicklist employees are all over the place in the way in the aisles and unhelpful if you need anything. Customer service counter often under staffed. I understand the current situation has a major impact on the day to day operations and respect the people who come to work there everyday. My ongoing and current problem has been with the billing and charges with Clicklist. I have been charged for things I did not receive and I have been double charged for the same pick up. When you place the order they charge your card and supposedly it is on hold. then when you pick up the charge the actual cost. Unfortunately sometimes the hold charge doesn't go away so you get charged 2 times. I also tried Walgreens as a pick up place but you do not get a receipt there so you don't know the actual charges. Last time I gave them coupons and they were never taken off the cost and also did not receive items they said were included in the order. I have no receipt to prove that. My biggest problem is you notify Customer Service online (getting through on the phone is impossible) and you never hear back from them. They acknowledge you email and say they will get back to you but it never happens. For the people who use ClickList beware. read more

Now that the new Union Kroger has been open for a while, I feel like I can give an honest review. Overall, I give the store a 4 and here is why. The delicatessen is my least favorite place to go. It was in the old store and it still is. The staff are typically not the friendliest. There is one employee in particular who is the worst. On a recent visit to the deli I pulled my number off the pull tabs and I was 42. Not bad considering they were on 39, how long could it be? It was a bit longer than expected, about 20 minutes. That is not what bothered me. I am very observant and I had my eye on a particular employee. She finished with an order, not from the counter, maybe a kiosk or Clicklist order, but nonetheless she finished. She put her meat away, haphazardly wiped the machine, talked to a few other employees and jumped into a brief conversation with a customer and employee. She proceeded to empty the trash cans, which did not appear to be in dire need of attention, but again she was slowly working. None of the things she had done so far were done in an expeditious manner. Anyway, she finished with the trash and proceeded to put on gloves and call the next number, my number 42. Yikes! I thought, 'is she really not going to wash her hands?' No, she was not. I asked her politely if she would please wash before slicing my order. She did without argument. I was shocked to say the least that washing her hands should have been a common sense thing to do after touching several trash cans. Overall, the rest of the store is great. I am constantly be asked by employees in the aisles if I am finding everything okay. The manager John is one of my favorite people. He goes out of his way to get what his customers need. read more

I recently moved back to the area and stopped by the Deli/hot food area. There were a lot of people working (less customers) and waited but was never acknowledged. The employees were in various areas but hot food looked old and no one seem to want to work! Frustrating because we shop Burlington and Hebron and never any issues. This is another place where the music level and choice of music is not appropriate. You could see the staff and customers wincing at the loud high notes. Plus the music was definitely geared towards the teen dance market. "Nothing holding me Back" was definitely losing my support for Kroger's marketing prowess. Deli needs to be FASTER. They have Grab-N-Go deli meat already cut but the packages are less than one pound so cannot use my coupon with grab-n-go. Make your practices friendly. I don' think it's quite right that every time I'm there, there are kids pulling around carts all over the parking lot. It's unsafe, and quite honestly, I believe they should treat their younger workers with more respect. I saw a man walking around the store, and I assume by his dress that he was a manager. I don't know what it was about him, but he gave me the major heebie jeebies. The deli seemed to be moving quite quickly that day and the checkout service was magnificent. My bagger was absolutely phenomenal! She was very nice and deserves a raise. read more

horrible, horrible, horrible customer service and prices. i cannot stand this store. i witnessed and have experienced rude and abrupt behavior from the customer service managers on several occasions. i had my cart unloaded half way and was asked to move to another lane because the cashier needed her break. another mananger grabbed my cart on another day and pulled it out of a check out line to move to another line, even after i declined moving to another line. my grandfather was disrespected by a manager when he didn't want to use a self check-out lane. i hope this store goes out of buisness. read more
