Dylan, and other members of the Kroger team, have really been knocking the customer service out of the park! I placed a grocery order online for grocery pick-up, but somehow got my wires crossed and scheduled it for the wrong day. While I was out running errands, I received a call from the Kroger Pick-Up Team and after listening to my dilemma, helped me make arrangements to pick it up the next morning. Unfortunately, the next morning presented a new set of issues. I checked in via the app, but no one ever came out with my order. I called customer service and was informed that all customers scheduled for pick-up that morning had been issued a text stating that they were running behind and would be notified once the orders were ready (this info was relayed from the manager). Being that my order was technically scheduled for the day before, this shouldn't have affected me, but I suppose that their team was focused on preparing that morning's orders and nobody was checking the handset for pick-up notification. While this was frustrating, I didn't panic. I advised the customer service rep that I had to leave (after waiting nearly 20 minutes). I asked that they hold my order until that evening. If they'd put my order back, the sale items purchased would no longer be available at their discounted sale pricing. I left that request in her capable hands and went on with my day. That evening, I arrived back at the store. I couldn't check in through the app (because I had already done so that morning), but a car next to me was having their order loaded into their trunk. I waited to get Dylan's attention. I gave him a brief disclaimer about why I couldn't check in, and how my order was scheduled for yesterday... he politely interjected "Are you Kandice?" I was both surprised and relieved. They had managed to clearly communicate and coordinate the holding and successful delivery of my past due order...and I felt seen! And valued! I've cut entire corporations out of my life for less. So, I'm thrilled that they worked through the challenges and obstacles and overcame adversity. Good job, Kroger! read more

I am deeply disappointed by the way my Latina mother was treated at this Kroger location. She went in simply to exchange a Mother's Day gift that had been purchased for her, expecting the same courteous service any customer deserves. Instead, she was met with dismissive, disrespectful, and unnecessarily hostile treatment. The way she was spoken to and the refusal to help her left our family with the unmistakable impression that she was being treated differently because of her ethnicity. No customer should ever leave a store feeling humiliated or singled out. What should have been a simple exchange became an upsetting and degrading experience. Customer service should be built on respect, fairness, and professionalism, regardless of a person's background or the language they speak. Kroger should take this incident seriously by reviewing what occurred, providing additional training to its employees, and ensuring that every customer is treated with dignity and respect. My family will think twice before shopping here again unless meaningful steps are taken to address this kind of behavior. read more

Nothing beats fast and friendly service. Always enjoy doing the grocery pick up here at Kroger because you can order and pick up the same day. Very easy to pull up to the number. Send the number where you are in the groceries. Come right out to you. I am happy. They were very careful to make a note of which bags has the bread and which ones has the heavy items. This is our local grocery store of choice. They have a fairly large selection of wine and alcohol. They have enough of the produce we eat that we don't need to hit up Whole Foods. Everyone has been very polite. The cashiers, the click list folks, the sushi team, or the random folks I stop to ask where something is that I have not purchased before. The atmosphere is totally chill but it can get pretty busy at times. read more

The new gas station does not take credit card tap to pay or Apple Pay. They put in cheap pumps. The grocery checkouts do accept Apple Pay. Card skimmers a threat at this place. Disappointing! Back to Needler's since the gas station is not a draw. read more

I came to the Kroger in Noblesville after having dinner nearby to do some late night grocery shopping. I was very pleased with my experience. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They helped me locate items that I could not find in the store. Kroger has excellent deals on products if you are a Kroger Plus Card member. The prices are reasonable and the selection of products is decent. The store is also very clean and organized as well. Kroger has always been my #1 grocery store of choice and I feel I get my money's worth when I shop here. It is a great place with great fresh produce and wonderful customer service. I was at the Kroger at 14800 Hazel Dell Crossing, Noblesville, IN 46062, twice today. I am so tired of the employees not being courteous or having a complete disregard for customers shopping. 10:15 a.m. - Weekly shopping trip. There was a pallet in the ice cream aisle just sitting there. No one around. The sign on the pallet jack clearly said, "No pallet jacks on the floor from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. So I wondered if that ice cream had been sitting there a while. Multiple employees stocking (and as always...I the way) and not to mention the huge online shopping carts going down the middle of aisles. If your employees are going to shop for customers, they need to be courteous of these who are shopping in person. I have complained about this before to deaf ears. No mass shopping should take place during peak shopping hours. 7:20 p.m. - Stopped to pick up produce for an evening gathering. There was a cart of items being stocked with no one around. As I looked at the bagged salads, an older lady employee approached the cart and started to move it--almost hitting me. She rudely said, "Excuse me sir." This is typical employee attitude at this store. I understand they have a job to do, but most of that job should be customer service. read more

Kroger Delivery sat outside my house and canceled my order. Lied and said they knocked. They were early so I ran to put on some clothes and they were gone. They never knocked. Now I have to go into the store before a big family dinner. They lady on the phone was not helpful. read more

This is a nice Kroger! There is an impressively large wine section, which I can't wait to browse properly when I'm feeling winey. The produce section is good -- I was able to find everything I came for except Persian cucumbers. Please, produce manager of Kroger, consider stocking Persian cucumbers! I will buy them all. They seemed to have a lot of specialty items, as well as lots of organic products. I like that! read more

This is the WORST Kroger in at least the north Indianapolis area. They are constantly out of staple products like milk, half and half, lettuce, potatoes. BASIC stuff. Their produce department is very small and not great quality. Many items that other Krogers stock are just not on the shelf here period. This store makes me hate grocery shopping. Why do I keep shopping here since I hate them so much? Of course I live in the neighborhood behind the store, so I want so badly for them to have what I need. They just never do. I've walked in with a list of five things and they didn't have three. That never happened to me at 65th and Keystone, 71st and Binford, Nora Kroger on 86th Street, heck, even the TINY Broad Ripple Kroger. It is amazing. I'm no stranger to Krogers. They are my preferred grocery because they have good prices and good sales. That is why I yearn for this one to be better. I've written to their customer service line multiple times, and they do write back and say they are working on it. I've seen minor improvements here and there, but with those is always a downturn somewhere else it seems. This store just can't seem to get it together. If I would have known how awful this Kroger was, would it have kept me from building my home? I'm not sure, but I honestly would have factored it in. Whenever I can stand it after a 10-hour shift at work, I try to go to the Carmel Rangeline store on my way home. THAT is a nice Kroger. It's just not convenient. Good luck shoppers. PS - Many of the positives that other reviewers mention ... they don't exist anymore. Wine cellar? Gone. Apparently there was a baby grand piano at one time? Hahahahaha. Nope. This is my favorite of the local Kroger stores! Layout is really nice, it's open 24 hrs & very has friendly/helpful staff. The pharmacy is great & they'll answer all your questions without hesitation. Parking is rarely a problem. Selection is very good in all departments. It's the only grocery I've found that I can find an actual low sodium broth (Pacific brand in the organic section--only 70mg/serving!!!!) for my cooking needs. I've found several great deals in their "manager's special" markdown section. The only problem I've run into is not getting there early enough to get what seems to be a limited supply of their Private Selection Flax bread (one has green label, one has purple I forget which is which but buy both kinds) . For some reason they only stock about 6 loaves each & it's gone in no time; so if you see it grab it quickly :-) Also, this location almost always has the cleanest restrooms. I know it's odd to mention it, but I feel better shopping at a grocery with clean restrooms. If they're going to be handling my food items I prefer to know they make sure everything in the store is clean :-) read more

Two issues in the past week. 1. The Pharmacy never seems to have my prescriptions ready. This time I will have made 3 trips in the past 24 hours, each time they tell me it will be ready and each time it isn't. This is a refill for a birth control- not a hard thing to do (and I was a retail pharmacist for over 17 years) but they can't seem to get it filled (and yes, there are plenty of refills on the script). 2. Click List was a total waste of my time. My pick up window was between 3-4pm and I arrived at 3:50 and proceeded to wait 45 minutes for my order. I could have gone inside and shopped for myself in this time. I'll be transferring my prescriptions and using the Kroger in Westfield from now on. read more

This place is impressive. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The merchandising is creative and pleasing. The perishable departments give you a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. They have nice small departments like an organic section as well as a great wine cellar. The customer service is phenomenal. I wish all Kroger locations were like this one. read more

This is my first experience with Kroger's 25 Merry Days event. Began on Black Friday, you can download PROMOTIONS on your Kroger card during this season. I got the free Sunkist 20 fl. oz. drink. Today, I downloaded the free Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt bars. I can't wait to see what other free deals and coupons they will have for the other days! The only reason why I am writing a review for this place is because the people that work here are RIDICULOUSLY FRIENDLY. I think I've encountered 1, maybe two people that weren't the friendliest of folks, but the vast majority of employees here are friendly, and more important helpful. Easily the best Kroger I've been to. My fiancé and I moved to the area a couple of months ago and this is now "our" Kroger. In store, lines are typically short and service is always spot on. We make our list on the app and items are in the exact aisle it says on the app- making it so easy to find everything we need (a huge improvement over the Kroger near our old apartment). And the produce section is amazing! There are always extra deals on fruits and tastes wonderful. Every associate we have met has been intentional and helpful. But the best part of this Kroger is their ClickList department. We have used it about 6-7 times now and it has been wonderful every time. We have used ClickList at two separate stores before this and have had long waits (30+ minutes), poor service, etc. The Noblesville Kroger, though, is always quick (never longer than a 5 minute wait!!), and the associates are so so kind. Kudos to all of the associates and management at this store- you all are second to none! read more

Nice store. Clean and good selection. Produce has its ups and downs. Deli is frustrating sometimes with not putting deli meats away. Parking lot is not set up well. Click list has been great. Very easy to use and keep us from going into store. read more

Yes black people do live in Carmel. This store seems not to have seen any black people before I'm thinking. Anytime I used to go in there it was always some granny grabbing her purse whenever I walk past. I am not going to still the coins out of your purse granny calm down. This was the closet store to my house so I had to go deal w/the crap. The workers were ok I guess, the younger ones were cool but the older ones always seemed to think their was a armed robbery about to go down. I'm like hey all I'm trying to do is buy milk just like you. I had never heard of Kroger until moving to Indianapolis, I guess it would be the Albertsons of SD. This is my neighborhood Kroger, but it's also a really good grocery. Their produce is usually good and they have a decent (for a large chain) section for organic. They carry my Ezekiel bread and Almond Milk and not at crazy prices. The people at this Kroger are really what makes it special, though. This has been "my" grocery for two years and I've never had a bad experience. Their in-store Starbucks is one of the best too. Sometimes the in-store versions aren't as great, but this one does well. They have a small but selective section of unique beers and wine. read more

Kroger. Why are you always out of Schweppes tonic water?!? Does Canada Dry have pictures or what? Everybody knows Schweppes is the best and that there is a wide variety in tonic waters. They don't all taste the same. Last night I went to this location and the one on Rangeline in Carmel. Nada! One thing that has become really annoying when I do my shopping here is that there are several Kroger employees pushing these giant carts around doing shopping for delivery or pick up customers. They park in an aisle and make it very difficult to get to what I'm there for. And they don't want to move out the way for me. I would think the customer that is actually in the store would be more important. read more

This is my favorite Kroger in the area. Although it's a little bit of a haul from where I live, they carry some foods that i have not been able to find in any other grocery outlet in the area. As others have indicated as well, their selection of wines is awesome. The only real downside of this Kroger is how convoluted the setup of the parking area is. read more

This is our go to grocery store, it's less than 2 miles from our house. You really have to be selective about when you go, because the produce gets sold quickly. I love addition of more self checkout stations, but it would be helpful if there was an item limit for a few of them. We haven't tried the scan and go option yet, but it looks interesting. read more

My favorite Kroger in the area - great location (just a few miles from my house), prices, and selection. I just hate how the parking is set up - it seriously is a maze to get in and out. Have been almost hit a number of times. What I like about this location is the ClickList. It was one of the first and I love being able to order my groceries online, select a time/date and pick up without having to leave my car. I first did ClickList when I was pregnant 2 winters ago - it was a lifesaver. I have noticed the last few times it's been extremely slow. When you pull up into one of the designated parking spots, you call the number and they ask for your name and what spot you are in, and then they bring out your groceries. I have always had great experience, with someone picking up on the first or second ring, and my groceries brought out in minutes. The last two times were not so. I waited 10+ minutes (with a screaming 2 year old and tired 4 year old in the backseat) before someone came to my car; and the other time I didn't think anyone was going to answer the phone. I saw one employee running through the doors from the outside to pick up the phone. Not sure if they only had one person working then? Other than that, love ClickList, love this Kroger. read more

Prices are not as competitive as they used to be. Fresh Thyme has much better produce and prices. The bathroom is horrendous. Not a good look. Meat fish and poultry is so so. The prices are high but the quality is low. I am disappointed they no longer honor half off advertised vitamins. Now you have to buy two. read more

One star for customer service. I don't have any issues with the products. Cashiers were great and did everything they could. Sat night at 6pm we bought groceries and a case of beer. Cashier asked someone (Jerad?, Jerron?) to ring up the beer. Jerad said he was busy and "can't do it right now" so we waited at least 2-3 minutes watching Jerad walk by twice to again state that he "didn't have time"... That's pathetic. Another cashier decided to take 5 seconds out of their day and scan the beer. Thank you. read more

We came to Kroger to do our major food shopping. There was not a single cashier in the store so we had to use the self check for over $300 worth of groceries. What a nightmare, took over 30 minutes just to check out. The machine was calling for help every few items. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a grocery store. If we didn't have a cart nearly overflowing and out of town guests coming tomorrow we would have left empty handed. Self check is marginal at best with only a few items and terrible with a full cart. If a store is open, they need to have cashiers. System would not allow me to choose zero stars or I would have. read more

This too is my grocer of choice. I enjoy the selection of organics and the fact that they typically carry hard to find veggies, herbs and spices. Their fish selection is also quite good and always fresh--hard to do for a Midwest grocer IMO. As a wine enthusiast, I also enjoy the fact that they have an in-house sommelier that you can speak with. Plus their craft beer selection is really good for a chain. So excited that they carry Magic Hat #9, the latest Sam Adams and Red Hook. Only bummer is that the in house Starbucks closed on July 10th :( read more

This Kroger was the only grocery store in the area for a long time, so it has a special place in my heart. However looking at all the other options along 146th Street, it's not my first choice. But they do carry a wide supply of all your grocery/convenience needs. The produce and floral sections are always fresh and fairly priced. Yep this used to be where I shopped. Called tonight to order a corsage they told me they quit taking orders. Carmel prom is this Saturday. Do you think they could of been prepared and called in help since it is the largest school in the area I think it would be in high demand. I would of had some premade for the grab and go. This kroger is my favorite grocery that I have ever been to. While visiting family Noblesville, we needed some groceries for a special family dinner. We decided that this kroger was closest to us and would hopefully have what we were looking for. To my surprise this kroger had everything! And I mean everything we needed. From fresh produce to chicken breast and some delicious appetizers. I would definitely recommend this grocery store for its friendly environment and clean store overall.
