They are so rude here, it's like everyone who works here is mad that they're working here. Management, what gives?! A pharmacy tech has flat out told me "You're not our patient and we have our own patients to worry about," even though I was actively trying to become a patient and was already a Kroger pharmacy patient, just at a different location. I've also experienced an employee mutter not-so-quietly when I politely asked if a half dead plant was marked down at all, that I'm "just trying to get something cheaper...!" Well duh! As I pulled into the Kroger gas station located at Logan Street, I observed a clean gas station. I started to pump my gas and Nora the attendant came out and had a huge smile then gave my dogs attention. I was completely caught off guard in a good way. This made my day! I want to thank Nora and Kroger for running such a neat and tidy gas station! This is what gives Kroger that home town feel! I highly suggest using this Kroger gas station to fill up your gas tank! I'm beginning to think Kroger is going under? We live about a 35 minute drive from the nearest Kroger. I go into town probably twice a week. Both times I've went into town, for the last 3 weeks, they haven't had the one item I buy from them. Ask a manager, that's a laugh! I had to tell me just a minutes ago that my product wouldn't be until Tuesday. Funny, last Tuesday they told me it wouldn't be in till thursday. And they still didn't have it on thursday? A complete joke! I was down at an Indianapolis Kroger and it was 10 times nicer! The people were clean and helpful! Put our non ghetto Kroger to shame? Granted, this is a small, dated store. But every time I go in it becomes harder to find things that should be obvious. The arrangement has progressively become less and less logical. But the icing on the cake that means I'll only go to Kroger in dire need is the self-checkout machines. They have a poor user interface, particularly for looking up items, and the voice commands are necessarily bossy and annoying. Kroger, have a look at the machines at Meijer. This store continues to disappoint each time I go, I usually go to the Westfield location but tried the Logan St store again. No gallon milk available, needed to return the milk i bought yesterday as it had already expired, my bad for not checking the date but never have to do that at other grocery stores. safe to say, I am very ready for the meijer to be built in Noblesville. Cannot imagine this Kroger in Noblesville will survive that hit, until then the manager needs to take better care of his store. read more

The store is set off the main drag...low slung ceilings at the cashier area give it a distinctly dated feeling. The quality of delis, etc. isn't the same as Fishers (if that is your thing) but it is fine for a Kroger and Noblesville. The increasing real estate values and migration to Hamilton county will corce some updates soon I suppose. read more

This store gets worse everyday. Never have what you want. Discontinue items constantly. Food and drinks on the Floor!! Fruits and veggies are always bad but this is unheard of. There were packs of fruit so rotten that they were full of bugs. There was NO packs of salad or Romaine Lettuce that were not rotten. I told the guy in produce (i believe was produce manager) about the fruits and lettuce. He threw away the berries but did nothing about the lettuce. see pictures of what was actually available in produce!! I really wanted to not have to shop elsewhere because I like the scanners and Kroger is close to home but..... I have no choice but to now pay more than twice as much for groceries and shop at Meijer or wal-mart. Please just go ahead and close this store so a better one can replace it. Rude butcher, when he's there. It is rare to find anyone behind the meat counter. I usually have to hunt someone down to get service. They are missing sales and my business, too. I have seen people look for the butcher and leave. Maybe the customers check back later, I don't know. I tried again today, about 10:00am, 8/28/17. No help behind the counter. Frustrating. read more

Don't buy meat there unless you want to get sick or ripped off. Twice now we've bought meat there we had to return. We're not snobby or picky. First time we bought $8 worth of ground beef. Went to cook it the very next day after refrigerating overnight (straight from store to refrigerator ~ 15 minutes max). When we opened the package the smell made us nauseous . The meat was dark brown on the underside and halfway up (pink on top) and spoiled. Then, I bought 25 pounds of bottom round to make beef jerky (it was on sale). This was about 10 packages of meat. 2 of them were 3/4(or more) fat. Meat side up, fat on the bottom. I can/do completely accept I will cut away about 1/3 of the weight when trimming fat. But the two packages literally would have had no useable meat. For $12 each, a big chunk of fat? Let me summarize - their meat department sucks! We will never again buy meat from Kroger. Click List - The first time my service was beyond wonderful! They were fast, simple, friendly, loved it. So, chose to return for my next click list purchases. My next experience was the polar opposite. No one answered the Click List phone line. No one answered the main office customer support line. I waited for over 15 minutes after my pickup time (25 minutes total) but only got someone's attention by choosing the Bakery in the automated phone menu and explaining to them what I needed help with. Not sure the wait or frustration of calling was worth the Click List charge. read more

We went in a couple of days ago to get a small cake for a birthday. There was nobody in the Bakery, but there was a young woman in the Bakery. We asked if she was capable of writing on cakes and if she didn't feel comfortable or wasn't good at it that it's okay. She continued to tell us that she can do it because she's done 100's of cakes. We received this. It's sloppy, uncentered, and you can barely read it. We will just write on our cakes ourselves from now on. It wouldn't have been an issue had she said that she wasn't comfortable, but she insisted that she was good at it. read more

I do all my groceries at Kroger with an occasional stop at Costco. Kroger offers really good digital coupons if u download the app. U also accrue gas points to get money off your gas. They also let u sign up for a community donation. Anytime u shop- Kroger will donate some money to a charity u are able to choose. I chose Casa Del Toro. It's a pit bull rescue based in a Indy. read more

This is my least favorite location. The produce isn't that great looking. Bathroom at this location was awful. It hadn't been signed off on the cleaning schedule for 6 days. The toilet paper dispenser lid fell on my head because it was held on by tape. This location is about 5 minutes from where I live, but I am now content driving an extra 10 minutes or so to the Westfield location because it is nicer and better kept. read more

It really stinks that this location is closest to my house. I will have to drive 10 minutes out of my way from now on to go to Meijer or a different Kroger. The moldy, unrotated produce and the faded, stinky meat were a little bit easier to pick through/overlook until the last few trips here had me so angry about the crappy customer service. These are just totally miserable or inept associates, managers included, who don't make eye contact, don't help, who greet you by telling you how much longer they have until they can leave or go on break, and whose standards for cleanliness of store and product are SO low that I'd swear I was back in a grocery store in a dicey neighborhood in Indy, not Noblesville. In the past week or two, the store has moved around product in some kind of update to the "look" of the store. I have wanted to interrupt every single group of District management that I've seen standing around congratulating themselves and march them over to the cashiers who are making inappropriate jokes or being rough/unfriendly/inefficient, show them the moldy fruit, the gross bathrooms, the aggressive guys stocking the shelves making no apology or offer to move their stuff out of the dead center of a busy aisle. It's almost like the associates are so sad and defeated that they think the customers should suffer, too. I'm a pretty forgiving consumer who doesn't expect people to be fake-nice or even pretend to like their job- I just expect to be treated like a human being who wants to feed her family trustworthy food. I have yet to shop at the Logan Street location in several years without leaving thinking "what the %*#£ is WRONG with people?!" If you have the option, go elsewhere. I will be. read more

I shop on my way to work so I deal with the morning staff. If you are in the store before 7:00am, they have no cashier help, only self-checkout. The self-checkout ladies are more interested in reading the paper, completely ignoring the customers or standing in front of the store smoking. And - good luck getting a "thank you". read more

Never had a single problem. The store is always clean and the staff are always help full. Their clearance racks are great and the days that they have the clearance tables are even better. Me and wife shop there once a week and always save at least 50 bucks between our coupons and kroger plus card. read more

#Kroger The butcher at the meat dept yelled at me because I had noticed for the 6th time there was no one at the meat counter. I started to call the manager again to advise them that no one was there for awhile. An old man even looked through the butchers' swinging doors to look for someone. So the butcher yelled at me then started to try to get my child involved. My child stated to the butcher he should apologize to me. My child stated to me afterwards the butcher made him uncomfortable. The butcher then threatened me if it was up to him he'd have me taken out if the store. He stated "he didn't HAVE to serve me and didn't I know they had other things to do then be out there at the meat counter??" I'm just standing there dumbfounded because all I was trying to do was get some chicken and let management know there was no one at the meat counter again. When Mike the manager came out he didn't even stop the butchers harassment he just let it happen. I don't feel safe at this store. I feel like if the butcher is going to threaten me and yell at me over not being at the meat counter and try to get my child involved i fear for my safety and the safety of my child. Slow to stock, great staff, love the longest staff that has been there! Heads up to Mike and Bill in Seafood and Meat. I love them! Deli and Bakery, heads up to Marsha, Donna, Racheal, just all the ones who work back there! Carry outs.... Give our older Bobby a hand. Doggone out,. look at him. He cleans, brings in carts, carry outs groceries. This man is from the 'old school'. I appreciate this man! Go to the produce.... Oh, do their flowers and plants look beautiful! Then they clearance then down at just the right time. But, let's get to the pharmacy. Overworked staff.; Yep! They are the nicest staff! They will help when they can, get to you when they can, but that is the 'key word' , when they 'can'. They are over worked, over tasked, etc , etc ! I order my necessary meds and am nice and wait for the day they are due. Nothing! Some meds that are new, I tell them just wait for the next , But I never get a call. But these are nice people. Capable people. I am from the medical field and I know what they are going though. Com e on! How can I promote Kroger when you are ' under staffed', Yep, I am politically correct. I called in a med, this am. I need it today. I never got a call it was ready. It closed at 5. I told them I needed it today. DO NOT blame this staff! This is the only grocery store I can find that has pre-sliced meat and cheese behind the deli counter, which makes picking up deli meat quick and easy. Why can't all grocery stores do that? I would go out of my way to go to a store with a faster deli counter. read more

My daughter refers to this Kroger as OUR Kroger! We love it. Small, hometown Kroger. The people have gotten to know us and are always very sweet with my daughter. Great sales, great produce, great meat selection. Always clean. Just a great store. read more
