I had heard from a neighbor to check sprouts, and I gave them a quick call to ask him about their produce. Phil answered the phone and he was very quick polite. He took the time to let me know exactly how many were in stock.And even let me know when I came in, if there weren't enough to go ahead and reach out to him so he could pull them from the back. However the rest of their products, like furniture, wall art, kitchen and dining products have had a huge decline in quality. As well as a huge decline in the countries of origin of their products. It used to be very global, now it's mostly China and other Asian countries who are not known for their quality or human rights and labor protection laws. Now that Pier One is dead and gone, the lack of competition seems to have lowered their standards and increase their prices. They are still good for certain, limited products, but they are clearly a shallow, empty shell of what they used to be
