I'm a caregiver who has to bring elderly ladies to shop. They usually have to use the riding carts. The other day in the afternoon there were none available. So we went to Ingles in Rockmart. It was a pleasant experience This morning around 10 we tried Kroger again. The only 3 riding carts available were not charged and one out of order. We left and went to Walmart. Kroger needs to get some new riding carts and keep them charged!!! read more

Visited 01/02/2024 Club style music is a distraction for us elderly ~63. Eager to get out of store. I would go to a club if I wanted entertainment in this manner. Age-neutral music would be more appropriate for a public facility with a general age population, please consider. read more

Small store. Small selection. So far though the staff is friendly and polite. They have not been enforcing masks as well as they could but this is Cedartown and nobody gets paid enough to fight with the looney squad. read more

At the cedartown pharmacy location I have purchased syringes for the past year for the prescription I have for testosterone Cypionate. I receive the testosterone from a compounding pharmacy because it is much cheaper and it is the pharmacy my doctor recommends. Upon requesting my normal order today I was informed that Kroger's policy is to not sell syringes to people without a prescription requiring them. Upon informing the cashier that I have bought them there for the past year I was quickly dismissed stating she wasn't going to sell them to me. I don't know what Kroger's policies are. However I do know that the policy seems to hinge on what the cashiers perception is of you at the time of purchase. The first time I purchased syringes at Kroger the cashier looked over my arms for track marks. I am a fit male and I do care about my health. Today I wore a shirt that shows my figure. It is my assumption that the cashier took a look at me and decided my plan for the syringes was not in good taste and refused to sell them to me. I am sickened by the way I was demoralized in front of my 10 year old daughter. I will no longer be using Kroger pharmacy and will tell everyone I know the same sequence of events that happened today. read more

Worst customer service I have ever had. Just moved into town and they treat you so terrible. I just wanted to buy some small items and get some change back, I asked if I can have ones not fives. " we do not sale money here" in a rude tone of voice. I was like okay. I did not know it was that hard to count. read more

My favorite store in Cedartown. It does stay open until 1am it used to be 24hrs ,but open later than the other store. Staff is always helpful and friendly read more

I have lived in Cedartown for several years. I am quite happy with our Kroger here. I've never had problems with Customer Service and actually they have often been very helpful. When you ask them a question they drop whatever they are doing and take you to where you can find what you are looking for. The managers have always been pleasant to talk to. They may not be the cheapest grocery store in town but I enjoy my shopping there. read more

Open 24 Hrs, the store is well staffed with friendly and experienced locals who will greet each shopper with a warm smile and a fond remembrance. Gas prices are typically the cheapest in town, even before the shopper discount and the selection of meat, seafood and veg is very good. read more
