Right away, I noticed that Plum Market is definitely on the pricier side. I understand that, higher-end products, better selection, etc. so I was open to it and willing to give it a fair shot. Unfortunately, the checkout experience completely turned me off. The cashier didn't say hello, didn't acknowledge me during the transaction, and didn't even say thank you at the end. It was just... nothing. For a store that charges premium prices, I expect at least basic customer service, and that was missing. Because of that, I won't be returning. I've had much better experiences at Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace and Westborn Market, both have great products and friendly service.
