Another wonderful experience (SARCASM) the elderly lady at checkout refuses to put any of my items into bags and just wanted for me to bag my groceries myself. The bagger was just standing over by the service counter chatting with someone else. They should just shut down all Krogers or sell it to Meijer

Thor is fully trained to attend to any medical related seizures that may occur; he has walked the isles of many grocery stores and venues

Management here is lacking; senior employees and managers should know the federal/state laws for service dogs. please don't question my dogs training and specifics for medical/health related need to seizures. He has attended my side for numerous trips to this Kroger and the other Krogers in the area

Parking lot is small, be careful! Good selection and it's not too busy if you go earlier in the day. Staff is nice enough...

It smells like cat litter here all day everyday. I would be happy to change my review if the cat litter order can be taken care of.

I am a huge fan of Nino Salvaggio. Great selection of quality goods to include fresh produce,…read morequality meats to include prime cuts, large fresh made bakery section, large cheese section to include premium imported cheeses, fresh seafood, large floral department, alcohol and the list goes on and on. What brought me here today was my recent trip to Italy where I was enamored and blown away with the food and wine during this trip. As a result of this trip and my love of cooking, I was inspired to see how closely I could replicate on my own what I tasted over there where good quality authentic ingredients are key. For the dishes I was thinking about I was looking for imported highly regarded Italian pasta, cheeses and tomatoes which I found at Nino Salvaggio and so much more. Definitely one of the better sources around in the area for authentic imported Italian ingredients. If quality, freshness and superior authentic ingredients are as important to you as they are for me than this is a must visit business if you are in the area. The range of quality products they carry and the very appealing visual cues associated with this business are really top shelf where I could just wander around here for hours just looking at what they offer.

As with most grocery stores they have a reward system if you sign up and then provide your phone number at the register. The layout of the store is really nice and just looks well organized, but best part is the quality of their products. I've never seen any old produce or anything slightly aged being put out for purchase. They seem to be really on top of that. There's a wine room where you can look a various kinds as well as bakers and butchers in the back of the store. My favorite pick up is their wild caught salmon. Overall a great grocery store in the area.

Plum Market is a fantastic spot if you're looking for top-tier quality and unique grocery options…read more Their produce section is consistently fresh and well-stocked, and the wine selection is impressive, offering a great variety of hard-to-find bottles alongside reliable favorites. While the prices are on the higher side compared to standard supermarkets, the superior selection, clean store layout, and specialty items make it well worth the extra cost when you want higher-quality ingredients and better options than other nearby grocery stores.

I recently decided to try Plum Market after a really bad experience at a Kroger across the street…read morethat I won't be going back to. Right away, I noticed that Plum Market is definitely on the pricier side. I understand that, higher-end products, better selection, etc. so I was open to it and willing to give it a fair shot. Unfortunately, the checkout experience completely turned me off. The cashier didn't say hello, didn't acknowledge me during the transaction, and didn't even say thank you at the end. It was just... nothing. For a store that charges premium prices, I expect at least basic customer service, and that was missing. Because of that, I won't be returning. I've had much better experiences at Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace and Westborn Market, both have great products and friendly service. I'll be sticking with places like those moving forward.

I'm giving this a soft 3 stars. It seems like Kroger has really slipped in their game since I…read moremoved back, and overall I'm not that impressed with what I've seen. This is at least the second Kroger that appears to be in disarray. I can't place my finger on just one reason as to why it feels that way. It's not one thing, but the vibe when I walk in and shop here. Yes, the produce is fully stocked and fresh, yes the staff is nice, but it feels disorganized at the very least. It's clustery, and they seem to be off their game. I came in yesterday morning to pick up a few things for lunch at work, and it was just okay. I was in the deli area mostly, and I was looking for barbequed chicken. You know, the stuff that was once a rotisserie the day before and they chop up and sell the next day. I asked the deli counter guy if they had any dressed in BBQ sauce, and he said no. That's fine, I accept that. I then asked if he had BBQ sauce on the side that I could take with me to dress the chicken with after I get to work. (you know, those little individual packets) and he said no. Mind you, there were two other staff members working behind the deli. Another man and woman stocking and prepping since it was about 8:30 in the morning. I got 3 different answers from three different people. One said no, the other one directed me to a little station near the register with condiments, and the woman saved the day and got some from behind the counter and handed them to me. The woman saved the day with the BBQ sauce. I know it's not the biggest deal in the world, but when it's a weekday I don't feel like running around the store looking for a small ticket item. Half the condiments were empty, and thank goodness the woman helped me. No, it's not the worst possible experience, but like I said, they just feel disorganized. Overall, not my most favorite location but sometimes I come in here for random lunch items on the way to work. Easier then going to Meijers, a lot less busy and it's right off Telegraph. Staff is friendly and helpful, the hours are great, but overall has a weird feel to it. Yes, I will continue to shop here, but not a location I would go out of my way for.

The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the aisles are so narrow, it's tends to get congested during busy times, and the parking can be tricky as well, since it's small and shares a lot with CVS & Joannes, otherwise, it's fine.

They have a great variety of fruits, meat, snacks, wine, desert, ect. Everything always looks fresh as if it just came in. If you're a big cheese lover they have a wide selection as well! They have a pretty decent reward system set up (as most grocery stores do) that offers some nice benefits. If you spend $10 or more (which won't be hard because although this place is great, many items are pricey) you'll get a free loaf of bread. This happens on Tuesdays at the Rochester Hills store and Wednesday at the Birmingham store. They have BOGO Fridays where you get one free French Baguette, Scoop & Bake Cookie or Scone Dough after a purchase of the same item. I would try to take advantage of as many deals as possible here as things aren't exactly cheap, but the quality speaks for itself! There is also a restaurant a restaurant upstairs , however I am not sure if it's currently open due to the pandemic. All in all a very nice grocery store.
